I guess it was a two in one package, or maybe it came in to only fix the screen. He cleaned it because it was so dirty he couldnt stand it, or because he just wanted to be nice. He wouldve only cleaned it if it came into be cleaned

This probably the most nicest tech repair guy and if hes saying your phone is disgusting and gross, u might wanna start wiping down that phone
The owner is a heavy smoker too i assume bc all the sticky brown thing mix with the dust on the phones speaker and on the case is cigarette tar. So cleaning your phone (or literally any electric devices you have) is a must, but if youre a heavy smoker, you need to clean it more often bc cigarette tar is really really hard to clean once they get bad. Most of the stuff i cleaned for my dad whos a heavy smoker, i cant never get rid of the stickiness
