Good advices. I think the main difference C.v.E. is that Ebay is all about private sellers. Catawiki has a team of experts whose opinions help to make sure there is no fraud selling. I think I trust catawiki more, just because of its team of experts. Is my thinking wrong? hmhmhm
I just recently had another issue with Catawiki. Will talk about it in my upcoming video. Not happy at all 😡. Please subscribe to my channel to hear about this.
Thank you for viewing my video as well as your question. Hmm…”Is eBay better?” For certain items “Yes!” However when you see something you want on any site many of us are willing to do whatever it takes to get it…
@@DarrylMcCullough I am a Seller on Catawiki. Unfortunately, I gets many rejection these weeks as they say, "I CANNOT BRING A REVENUE OF €75." for my lot. I posted many lots with "brand names" but still I get lower than €75. The Experts have higher hopes of course but in these times where everything is high, BUYERS will bid less and hope the LOT comes along in other avenues. So, I want to know, is it better to auction off things on Ebay? I live in Europe and my tastes are eclectic. I keep things for my collections but the rest of my finds I put on sale.
@@carmencitavettori7362 I’ve always been told “Buyers are not looking for the deal. They’re looking for the steal.” They want to get items as cheap as they can. You informed me that you are a seller. I’d give eBay a try. What would you have to lose?
Nice video. Tomorrow I will be adding 2 Robert Chimungwa verdite sculptures to Catawiki if your looking for more art. Keep up the great content.
Thank you very much!
Amazing pieces ! Great advice . I have pieces from Ivory Coast and old carved items . You keep it real 🙏🏽💪🏽preciate u
Thank you! Appreciate the compliment! Me keep it real? Lol! I try! 😊
Wow, I've learned a lot from this video. I appreciate the upload and it was very informative and helpful!
Thank you! Very expensive lesson! Glad you could learn from my mistake.
Great Info
Catawiki much better than eBay...but... those non paying buyers that is a problem on catawiki. They should block them for life.
How much does it happen?
^ I am wondering about this question as well.
Does Catawiki have nothing to combat this problem?

Thank you for watching my video. I’ll agree with you on the “experts” part. The “experts” opinion does help me better decide on a item.
What do you think about EBAY sellers. When it comes to authenticity? I generally deal with, Greek Roman and the NEAR East. Coins and pieces.
Thank you for you comment. eBay sellers are okay. I don’t have any bad experiences currently. Catawiki…now that’s a different story.
Catawiki is the best place !
