    Woke up yesterday morning to cold, wet miserable day (Australia) and saw this recipe which includes some of my favorite food items (Avocado, Chickpeas, Tomatoes). I can't wait until it is warm enough to make this dish.

    Looks great Albert. Almost made this for breakfast but went with your garlic scrambled eggs (added asparagus). My mom always added a little water or milk to the scramble. Like the comment where shrimp substituted for garbanzo beans. I save my wild caught Argentinean red shrimp for your shrimp and artichoke heart paella. So good. Moving back to Valencian community in September.

    It’s so funny I am a meat eater and have been watching and making many of your fantastic recipes for years now, and only now have I come to realize you never use meat. The way you present your videos never hints at the non-use of meat or judgment of those that do. I am an accomplished home cook and it really blew me away that I had no idea that your videos never had any land animal ingredients in them. Also, who you are and the way you are reminds me of a Spanish Mr. Rogers, your kind and seem like a really great genuine guy. I’ve been to Portugal and Spain is next on my list and if I get there, I’d love to have some tapas and buy you a beer. Thanks for the great videos and all the amazing content.

    These look so delicious! 😋 They remind me of Deviled Eggs, so when I make these, I am going to call them Deviled Avocados! 😁 I live in Oklahoma, and it seems like the past 3 years, no matter what season i go to the store, the avocados are hard as rocks. I tried the brown paper bag trick, and usually, at week 2, I can start to fill a little give and then forget about them until about 3 months later. 😭 I want to try adding the fruit to speed the ripening up, but wondering what is the best fruit to use, and do you just put it in with the avocados or cut them? Is there a way to preserve ripened avocados, like quartering and without peel, placing in jar with olive oil, with maybe a little garlic? 🤔 As always, love all the delicious food you share. 😋

    • @SpainonaFork
      @SpainonaFork  ปีที่แล้ว

      The best fruit is a banana, no need to open the avocado, just put it in there whole and make sure it sits in a dark place :) Much love
