I found my copy of this just recently, discovered not only it, but m N64 and controller and pak still work, so now I'm playing along side! god nastalsia :D
@instantclassic555 i believe in the previous episode (16 - poke cup, poke ball) he said he'll eventually be showing how to do that the legit way in pokemon stadium with his yellow pikachu, Zapper. so, it's probably in a later episode.
i heard there was a way to get a surfing pikachu in yellow version by doing something in pokemon stadium would you have any idea on how to do that or even make a video of it if you can??

in battle 2 the reason that poliwhirl outsped you with hyper beam was that counter goes 2nd
