      You can make a House track from 01:45! Can´t wait to get 12 version, I´m using since... 2015 Ableton, and if I use 25 % of native instruments was to much, Nexus, Serum, Diva, Sylenth, Spire, etc, use to be my "guys"! By the way your theme " Midlle" is on my sessions, congrats: th-cam.com/video/L5L5O1EVSmU/w-d-xo.html. About the 9:44 video... makes me feel good that I´m not the only one that suffers without valorization of friends, family, but the saddest thing is when we are more appreciated by the others country than ours! We send our work to press, tv, radio and not a fucken answer even negative!

    Awesome series! Looking forward to following along :)
    One small tip - when working in piano roll and you can't see the notes or they're too cramped down, double-click to the left of the piano roll and Live will adjust the vertical zoom so that all notes fit the view.

    Finished my chords! I'm going to do my best to follow this through to the end. I've been really enjoying making nice sounds and loops, but have been struggling putting something together. I hope the structure of this takes me all the way and I'm taking notes along the way to look back on, if it does! Also, I'm terrified of sharing what I make when it comes to music, so fingers crossed I'll get through that fear a little.

    Awesome vid,, You inspired me to make some chords. Then I had a fun idea to run them through some sequencers that Falcon 3 has. OH what a cool game changer that is. lol. Keep up the great work and love the vids.

    I don't understand about the MPE techniquie. You did that a bit fast. Also, these things you are showing in Ableton 12, will they only be in the Suite version? Would help to know.

    • @LNADoesAudioStuff
      @LNADoesAudioStuff  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Joanne. Yes this series will combine beginners techniques with some more advanced stuff, but if stuff are bit fast, just leave it for now and focus on the things that feel more approachable. :) Some of the new features are only in Suite, but as I am still learning about it I am not sure what will be available for other versions.

      MPE stands for MIDI polyphonic expression which is about adding controller-data to individual midi notes. The pitchbend mentioned in the video can be done as follows: Open the clip view for at midi rack thus viewing the individual notes. Then choose the Note expression tab on the left. Click a note that you want to bend. A broken linie will be shown in the middle of the note. Click on the line, drag, create points by cklicking etc. to create a bend-curve. Hope it works :-)

    In this precise chord progession i prefered without the add of 7th and 9th.

      I did fist as well, but when I add the piano to it, sounds nice. Especially for house music.
