    Thank you for the review! We did want to note that our product does not contain any dyes and the black color comes from the Graphene-Oxide itself. We have a FAQ video that shows some of this process if you would like us to link to it here but don't want to spam your channel without asking. If you have any other questions don't hesitate to reach out! Thanks again!

      @@BW-kv9wj If you want to, yes. However one should suffice for most uses. Check the durability of your other options. The one with the longest durability should always be the base coating, then you can layer on top of that. Graphene Nano Spray Coating can last up to 12 months.

    I've used many different Graphene coatings and have been extremely happy with 303. It is my number one choice, especially when using their Detailer coating spray on top. The Detailer Spray adds extra slickness and extends the life of the Graphene Coating. The Detailer really adds shine.

    Great video. I'm an Adams loyalist.. I've used both 303 and Adams original ceramic coating. Adam's was so hard to remove and the water spotting after a rain storm was atrocious. I have used 303 nano coating on my Rav4. Unbelievably easy to use and the hydrophobic properties were amazing!

    I personally have been doing some testing with the 303, and I have to say this is one amazing coating. I live in an environment where it is 30 to 35 degrees Celsius and it rains quite a bit. I put the coating on about a year ago and I did 3 washes. 2 of the washes were just to get the dirt off and make it look presentable, the third wash I reapplied the 303 to only the rear quarter panels and the lower portion of the rear doors. The rest of the car was left alone, just washed. Just recently I washed the car and observed the hydrophobic behavior and it looks like it has been through a lot but it was still beading and in some areas it was slow to sheet off. I used carpro reset as the soap. This test was not very accurate and there were a lot of factors but the coating survived for about a year and still holding. This coating is not really good for being put on headlights. It breaks down real quick and lasts about 2 weeks. It is a very good glass coating. It will wear off on the windshield but that is to be expected. The 303 preformed great in my opinion and it is a great product for cost and how much product you get.

    Guess it just goes to show that playing "follow the brand" doesn't always mean you get the results.
    I remember when Armorshield was slagged off as a snake oil Facebook scam in the beginning.
    Also a British brand called Garage Therapy got the same treatment too - until a couple of detailers much like you got hold of them and tested them properly!

    I appreciated the detail you put, the reflections of the products dedicated to their columns on the test panel! 👍 👍 👍. Regarding adam's graphene ceramic spray coating, for my part I have always considered it more like a "ceramic boost", a ceramic topper! Rather than a true standalone ceramic coating. I'm not saying it's a bad product, but it excels more as a topper or to boost or reboost an existing ceramic.
    This is only my personal opinion!

    Hi Sandro, thank you, thank you, thank you, I thought it was me & Id screwed up, I've had identical experience with both Adams Graphene & the Adams Graphene Advanced.Spray Coatings (both in the last month on our own vehicles) The expected rainbow / petrol on water effect never happened in a garage at 20C / 55% Humidity. According to Adams tutorials I expected the rainbow to appear at about 3 minutes with the colour going at 5 ( time to level/buff to finish) after 10 minutes nothing & thought it must be the colour of my paint thats hiding it so prepared myself for a very sticky removal, I need not have worried, it felt as though Id wiped over with a damp cloth. Anticipating failure the panels were polished the following morning & I broke out another bottle of Pure. Knee jerk reaction, I now have another 2 expensive bottles of spray graphene coatings that will be used post wash for alloys. Not amused, but thanks for putting my mind at rest. ( had deployed 303 shortly after release, one month & 3 washes later, nothing, flat water behaviour, but my alloys look wicked :-) Take care fella !!

    Hi Sandro is the 303 ok to use on an already ceramic coated car? Will it enhance the already ceramic coated vehicle or will it break the coating down. How do I apply this to an already ceramic coated vehicle can I just wash the car then apply it? I had a very poor ceramic coating job done on my vehicle as you know Sandro I'm just looking for a product to help fix the terrible work. I have a pesky Murray Magpie that keeps jumping all over my vehicle leaving scratches everywhere. I keep shooing it off but he comes back I think he likes his reflection or something. I thought ceramic coatings were supposed to be scratch resistant? Not mine even a light bird like that has left scratches everywhere. Just proves the quality of the product used. Jeremy Downunder

    • @CarCraftAutoDetailing
      @CarCraftAutoDetailing  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I had a similar experience with magpies a few years back, really frustrating and unfortunately no,ceramics won’t tend to resist bird claws, cat or dogs scuffing the finish.
      303 Graphene seems to bond extremely well to most surfaces so I would expect a nice deep clean followed by an IPA wipe could do fine as prep before applying it and if your coating is really on the way you should see a decent improvement in gloss and hydrophobicity.

    "Graphene" is the biggest con in recent times within the detailing industry, right up there with "SiO2". It's not possible to make a water based sealant, or solvent based coating using Graphene yet with the current technology available. 303 themselves literally show how they make the product, and they simply put a teaspoon of graphite powder into a water based silicone emulsion. It's the same with "Graphene" coatings.

    • @anguslean4058
      @anguslean4058 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      And what happens with these phony graphene coatings is the coating actually comes off in chunks over time.
      You have to get graphene down to the atom level for it tow work
      All this stuff just has graphene dumped in the bottle
      You want something that really last
      Use Fusso soft 99
      It is the real deal
      Won’t add gloss but it will last a year for sure
      One can will last the lifetime of the car
      Just make sure to put it on thin
      The thinner the better.
      And don’t use it on plastic or headlights.

    Excellent review and video as always! It's a real treat to sit down and watch these thorough tests and listen to someone with as much knowledge as you Sandro.
    It's interesting to see how different products react to layering. I tried layering NV Wheel and it just beaded and rejected itself no matter when I tried to apply it when I was testing. I've layered UK3.0 before and it really had no more longevity in the real world in my experience. Maybe a 5% improvement at best. It did add more "Gloss" to the eye but I never checked it with a gloss meter.
    What are your experiences/opinion on layering NV Nova Pro? Does it add any substantial longevity having 2 layers installed?

      You’re always moving onto trickier territory when laying because timing is more difficult and so varied with different products and environments. My experience with CQuartz coatings has shown quite a substantial improvement with layering but I guess I’d also say more with CQuartz Professional and Finest Reserve. I don’t feel it’s necessary to layer Nova Pro and I also feel the benefit isn’t as great as it is with the pro CQuartz coatings because a standalone layer is still extremely good, but I’ve certainly seen improvements in looks, and longevity with layering it.

      @@CarCraftAutoDetailing Thanks for the info. I'll have to give layering uk3.0 another go. I could've had an off result.
      Thanks for the advice on just doing 1 layer for NV Nova Pro. I'm guessing it's the same with NV Nova EVO?
      If you ever have the time and extra product in a bottle, a test comparison of NV Nova Pro vs Nova EVO vs Pro Cquartz coatings would be pretty cool.

      @CarCraftAutoDetailing  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Evo is really a single layer coat where it’s been designed all around that, whereas Pro gives you the option to benefit more from additional layers, though as mentioned a single layer is still quite impressive. My pleasure mate and I’m sure I’ll have more on Nv and CQuartz coatings down the track.

    Interesting I was going to buy 303 yet got Mothers CMX instead, STINKS! like makes you want to vomit (so interesting to hear your thoughts on scent lol) anyways, I find it lasts a month or so then breaks down into a weird greasy black looking dirt that feels oily... not great...

      @@CarCraftAutoDetailing thank you. How long does it take plastic headlight covers always in the sun to get dim and yellow again?

    • @CarCraftAutoDetailing
      @CarCraftAutoDetailing  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Protection applied to clear plastics (especially headlights) never lasts as long as it does on car paint, so I’d be applying it every month or two if I want to avoid UV damage- or at least so it down. It also tends to help to layer your first application maybe even 3 layers initially.

      Thanks! I ended up buying 303 Graphene Nano Spray Coating. It's easy to apply, and it's relatively cheap. I just want it for the headlights (yellowing) and windows (to make ice/snow easier to take off). I instantly make headlights clear again with acetone nail polish remover in ONE pass. Don't make any more passes or it gets foggy again.

    • @CarCraftAutoDetailing
      @CarCraftAutoDetailing  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Sure, it’s honestly virtually impossible to just look at a wax, sealant, ceramic or graphene coating and distinguish them by looks alone, these and really most paint protection products will work and look just fine on a tractor.

    Some thoughts.
    First, great job.
    Second....talking about the smell is fine but should be done in the quickest way and only once.
    It reminds me of health drinks/powders I'd be shopping for.
    The ones that have pea protein, chlorophyl, chia seeds etc.
    All I care about is the quality of the ingredients aka Do they work?
    People talk about the taste in comments and reviews.
    Thats fine...but wait...no its not.
    These companies actually do something called listen to their customers.
    If enough people complained about the taste...that would move up the priority ladder and quality would suffer.
    These car coatings. Do you think these companies know they have strong solvent smells?
    So therefore to make it smell better, they feel the quality would suffer!
    Thats not even debatable in my mind.
    So...if people talk about the smell too much....theyre screwing themselves.
