Thank you! Very easy breakdown. I have androgenic alopecia and alopecia on my Eybrows and arms. It has been challenging emotionally as a woman. I have tried so many things and doctors don’t help. I am going to implement these foods into my diet. I love your videos !!

Hi there! I just found you and this was wonderful. I struggled w/ thinning hair all last year and recently did a video about how important it is to get enough protein. We really don't get enough bio-available protein, especially women in my age group (I'm 67). Looking forward to learning more from you both! xo Cheryl

I heard that eggs have the most bioavailable protein. I am 62 and raising my protein intake stopped my hair loss and i am seeing new hairs growing. The first wave of new hairs are already 4 inches long.

Hi ~ New to your channel. Thanks for all your informative content. Question: Are your vitamins/supplements 3rd party tested?

What about alternatives for whey with dairy allergy?

A bone broth protein or beef isolate protein can work as a highly bioavailable option! You can also do collagen but it's not a complete protein.

What kind of supplement do you recommend for someone allergic to cherries?

    • @naturallynourishedRD

Acerola is not actually from cherry. It is a berry like cherry but not a true cherry from a different plant.
