I'm glad I didn't buy the c5 in the end, this will be a better upgrade from my t300.looking forward to see what rims you can fit on this, maybe even a gt style rim?
Hi, when you did the software installation and you came to the driver installation portion. Did you leave the three boxes for the drivers checked, and did you answer yes or no when it asked to remove associated components before the install. I'm only asking because i had trouble with my first wheel after software installation, and communicating this to Cammus is difficult due to the language barrier.
Mine was sent to me for review purposes. Cammus can sell directly to UK customers from a UK based warehouse, so extra import costs are added. cammusracing.com/product-category/over-sea-warehouse/?ref=h5j5orhs.
I hope you go in-depth with the FFB quality in your full review. Boosted Media says it's grainy and lacks detail compared to Fannytech but I feel he may be slightly biased.
I haven't watched his review. We both would have received the C12 at the same time, but I'm not going to rush a review just for the clicks on launch day, which can be the case by some channels. And some channels form their opinions on just one or two games tested, which I think is a very flawed approach.
@@SimRacingCornerThe notchiness is also apparent without power according to Will and another reviewer had already four buttons failing within 5 hours of usage. He guess that the heat of the motor was effecting the connectors, so you might want to put it to a stresstest to check it out.
@@Leynad778 There's no notchiness with the power off with mine, and no button failures. I've now spent a fair number of hours recording back-to-back gameplay footage over the course of 3 days. Obviously, that's not a long-term test, but so far it's all running as it should.

Came here 1st.
Watching Boosted next!
Thanks Simcat! And you too 😂😂
😺👍
I’m not a cammus user nor do I intend to be, but this is awesome for us consumers. The more competition the better.

Mini Cooper on Donington always xD
Have you tested the Moza R12 as well? If so, how they compare? Which one gives more details?
This is my Moza R12 review th-cam.com/video/VrGIZ9I6sas/w-d-xo.html
Hey, can you please share how much VAT and duty/customs fee was charged on your order to UK? Thanks

@@SimRacingCorner Thank you!
Does C5 force feedback work with Beam NG?
do you think it would be possible to put cammus qr on top of the button box?
Not in a way it would be practical. Taking into account the distance from the paddles and button plate with the QR in place.
