I love Myo Reps on isolation exercises! 1 activation set with 4 (myo rep) cluster sets fatigues me like 2 normal straight sets but give me the pump and the muscle soreness of 4 straight sets in shorter time. (And I find it pretty easy to track progression with Myo Reps: Once I get the same reps on all 4 cluster sets I add weight to the exercise the next time.) I learned this technique a few years ago from Alberto Nunez in one of Mark Bells videos. Thanks for that!
Great pod fellas. May I ask how is berto loading the medial delt in the lengthened phase ? I think I've stumbled onto a cable row that does this. Is berto just doing partials at the start of lateral raises ?
So antagonistic supersets are at least equal compared to straight sets? If you can pump out more volume in the same timeframe will this in theory mean you can get more gains as far as recovery is on point?
