- Hitting a WAREHOUSE today, courtesy of Greg from Phantasm Comics! When you can't fit everything into your store things go into bulk! While normally all the best stuff would be in-store, it's always possible that there's still some keys to be found in the bulk. That's what happened today!

That Sub-Mariner #59 was a classic Thor vs. Namor cover and you just passed it by without a second glance. I hope 🤞 you remember which box it was in.
I knew I'd be missing over some big things in that box. Sigh. thats what happens when you're in a rush!

Holy moly a hulk 180 wow the closest thing I've got is a 182 but wow also that's also alot of comics

That book always goes up in value and have thought about selling all my comics just to get a Hulk#181 buy I can't bring myself to sell all my keys and graded comics for one book.i am still looking for my grail books which is Hulk#181,AMS#129,TMNT#1 first print,X-Men#1 and Amazing Fantasy#15 but it will cost a fortune to get all those books.
I don't (and I don't really know when I ever really will get it! haha)

I would *love* to go through this warehouse for about a month. Oh my god. I'm starting a side quest of buying August 1980 cover date issues for my birth month & November 1986 ones for my girl. Most of hers are affordable but some of mine...

I recently researched this.and im only a marvel collector.and only one marvel title came out on my actual birthday! Silver surfer 5! It just so happens to be my favorite character of all time!!👍

It sucks that I only had a few hours! but then ironically I returned at the end of the day hahaha
Great Video as usual. Books seemed overall very nice condition. FYI it was a 4th and 1st printing on The Pro. That's my all-time favorite one-shot!

Right around the $1,000 mark for everything (although the bulk of that is mainly from this Hulk #180)

freaking drooling over those ASM books. I've been putting together a little collection of reader copies of the 300s over the past few months and it's tough to find anything that isn't priced mega high regardless of its quality. Shoutout to ASM 354, my first ever comic!

Man lol! Love the content, wild to see what you run into. I'm curious, your collecting is a much wider focus than mine, I ran into a Superman I looked up, said it was worth 200, it was listed for 20, but because of its age, it had some flaws. Not awful. But definitely flaws. How do you make that decision? 🤔
it's really up to the individual buyer - if you think it's worth it, then buy it. Otherwise, let someone else snatch it up.
If it's worth it to YOU - go for it. you can also use keycollector.com to make sure you're not getting played with

YEARS AGO....WHEN I DID A FAIR AMOUNT OF MAIL ORDER.....I NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEM IN BEING SATISFIED WITH CONDITION. I ALWAYS GAVE A LITTLE LEEWAY TO THE SELLER. IT WOULD HAVE HAD TO BE LIKE A FAIR OR NEAR GOOD.....TO DEBATE A VERY GOOD. CLAIM . MY NEAR MINT & NEAR MINT/MINT CONDITION DESCRIPTION ON MY COMICS IS BASED ON THIS......I WAS A COMIC STORE MANAGER IN THE 1990'S......I WOULD GO TO FED EX & PICK UP MY SHIPMENT FROM DIAMOND......TAKE THEM TO THE STORE........DISTRIBUTE THE BOOKS TO MY CUSTOMER'S SUBSCRIPTION BOXES.......& ALSO TO MY OWN......& THEN TO THE SHELVES. THEN.....I WOULD BOARD & BAG THE MAJORITY OF MY OWN COMICS THAT DAY. THEN I WOULD TAKE THEM HOME AT THE END OF THE DAY & STORE THEM IN COMIC BOXES......MOSTLY SHORT BOXES.. OF MY MARVEL & DC.... 99% OF THEM WERE NEVER READ. I HAVE SEVERAL OF THE CARNAGE COPIES. I MYSELF WERE READING MOSTLY DISNEY & VALIANT AT THE TIME.....& USUALLY ALWAYS BOUGHT A READER COPY.. I press and clean and have run across many comic books with all sorts of stains. I have been successful getting most of them out without damaging the comic and would have loved to fixed that too with the black suit Spider-Man. I love finding comics that others pass up because of this very reason. It is money in the bank for me.
