As someone who’s always wanted to make games, I am so ✨inspired✨ I too, the second I saw Vivarium was obsessed with the art style, all of these are amazing!! Thank you!
Thank you so much for bringing my attention to wish upon a llama! As a vet student I am really excited to play around with the genetics while also have a cozy relaxing time!!
I'm mostly not into pixel art, but Wish Upon a Llama's looks like the kind of pixel art I'd be okay with. The buildings look gorgeous. Also, if I'm going to raise animals, I want DUCKS and BUNNIES. So this game would deliver that for me. 😂 The animals having different types and following you reminds me of Ooblets.
Schim and the Plucky Squire have been on my wishlist for ages now! I can’t wait for them to finally release! And I will never get tired of hearing about Naiad. Fingers crossed for so many cozy games to grace our screens this year 💜
The prettiest cozy games I can think of are Super Lesbian Animal RPG, The Wild at Heart, Beacon Pines, and The Last Campfire. Their aesthetic is what drew me in at first, but they were all very enjoyable games aside from that too.
Those do look really pretty! I have a game to add. As a cat lover, I'm a little surprised you didn't mention it. It's slated to be released this year hopefully. And that game is... Little Kitty, Big City For me, this game looks so good. Very pleasing to the eye. But the biggest draw? Well as the name puts it, we are a little black kitty cat! We're lost in the big city and have to find our way home.... Eventually! But on the way, why not get into some kitty antics? Jumping into boxes, pouncing on things, breaking things... I mean, we are just an adorable little kitty!! Also the little hats we can put on is extra cute! Because of the system I have, I can't play Stray. But when this game comes out, I am looking forward to it! Now, I don't know all the games you have played so forgive me for this next bit if I name one, but if I had to go with games already released... Lil Gator Game has a pretty good look to it! And with the stakes being really low, you can use the game to try to jump into a 3D platforming game! Even if you are not sure about playing it, I definitely recommend giving it a watch! Wandersong has a very unique look and I feel it gives us a different narrative outlook on things too. What the Golf? is not your usual golf game! In fact, it's made with the thought in mind "Hate golf? Don't worry!" Sometimes you are a regular golf ball. And other times... It's really unique and the visuals are nice to look at too. It's also gotten so many updates, so even if you have played it before, you might see some new "not golf" scenarios! My only complaint is trying to get all the crowns in the main campaign is a little too much for me, so I just get what I can. I saw another commenter mentioning Abzu, and while that is good, I want to take it a step further and mention Flower and Journey. I think which one you like the most is a matter of taste, but they all fit. I know this was supposed to be just upcoming games, but I couldn't help myself! Again, apologies if you have played any of these and I was unaware!
Vi-var-i-um. An semi natural enclosure for keeping animals. Also a weird horror movie. But it looks like an adorable game. (Also not a criticism - just an odd word that most people don't know. Can't say I ever heard it used until it was a movie)
Are these computer games? Where are they, or will they be available? (If they show, I haven’t seen where yet :) ) Sidenote: love your vibe and videos! Thank you!
hello! have you played a rpg game like moonstoon island style? the character passed away and came round a doctor(with a cat/dog?)tell him the character came back to the another world, but the character's only remembered animal crossing and stardew valley ,,,,
Hi Payton and other sloths! I’m hoping you can help me find two games-both had a matchmaking component but in one you were a ghost haunting an apartment and the other, I believe was set in a medieval town? Does anyone remember the name of these games?
Wow, what a great list of beautiful games to look forward to! I would like to submit for consideration a couple more upcoming cosy games that I'm personally very excited about after discovering through their devlogs... ChefRPG by @PixelArchitect is so cute, and by a very small indie team, I'm waiting on updates with baited breath every month; and Hooked by @LostGameDev is an adorable cosy fishing game. Long live cosy games

I think you might be adding an extra syllable to the pronunciation of Vivarium, just a heads up 😊

Love, Ghostie and Lakeburg Legacies! 💕
Try dinkum :)
no stray?... :(
These are all upcoming games 💕
What if trash is my aesthetic?
That’s why I put trash goblin on the list! It resonated with me too lol
Sure you’re “Niko” and not KK Slider in clothes 😂
lol…what?
@@PaytonsCornerI thought the dog in the thumbnail from the cute puzzle game kind of looks like KK Slider with clothes on 😹
Viv-air-eeum not Viv-a-rare-eeum 😊
