This video should have suggested full stainless models, and not ceramic coated options which are just another highly processed man-made coating technology. Stainless has decades of history behind it and no issues. It is also wonderful for cleaning. Can't say the same thing for my Philips XXL which is a major pain in the ass to clean and has some permanent grease marks on the sides of the basket. If I were to do it all over again, I would get an air frying oven made of stainless.

I mean just cheese cut into long slices. I don't eat veggies, especially starchy stuff like potatoes. I am totally plant free!

So true. Only fats to get rid of are the vegetable oils, especially at air frying temperatures.
