Thanks for the feedback! I personally use Apple Series 7. Beside it there’s Fitbit Sense and Samsung Galaxy watch 3 that give ecg function.

Apple Watch gave me low HR 39 bpm notification when sleeping around 3:01 AM at night which gave me anxiety.
Normally I can walk 3-4 kms without any problem and my ECG ECHO and Holter Monitor all showed normal after doctor check up. But this heart notification made me so anxious that now I need to have anxiety medication.
