My resting HR used to be around 70. I am running 3 days a week now and keeping the target 25 KM per week. Now my resting HR is 47 ~ 50. Resting HR can be improved if you are willing to do cardio.
Thumbnail se bahut si logon ki dil ki dhadkan badh gayi hogi🥺🥺🥺
Perfect explanation Dr. Mahesh..,though it may appear scary to some, fact is that every thing in this universe has an expiry date and so as the heart & its muscles. Apart from a time bound deteriorations as per the genome sequencing, which is decided at the time of birth itself. Another improtant factor, which is variable person to person, that if the heart pumping rate is high, heart pump is used more, so life shall proportinatly reduce...!
Excellent information
Glad it was helpful!

My age is 59 yrs. Suffering from high blood pressure i.e 145 / 85. Dr. Suggested me to take metoprolol tablet. Because of this medicine developed bradycardia ( heart rate around 45 ) So Dr discontinued metoprolol tablet. Instead of that now I am on tab Apresol. Morning and evening on telmisarten 40 mg and afternoon on tab Apresol. But still my BP is uncontrolled. Kindly suggest.
Kishi ki dhadkan badi na badi par aapke video ko dekhne ke Baad jarur bad hi jayegi
Iska matlab sir, the things we take for granted are the crucial things for health, like cardio in gym , daily with consistency only 5% of corporate people do it. Every weekend colleagues are drunk , smoking pot , smoking ciggerates is way too common like there is ciggerate break you can take by informing boss , then coming back eating shit loads of carbs roti sabji daal chawal no strength training no cardio , this is what a corporate lifestyle is for majority. But I left this lifestyle I'm 22 age. I noticed importance of taking care of my body. I seriously eat clean and do exercise I lost 30 kg of fat. Because my motivation is looking young n fit at later age. And my stress issues are cleared by osho. Thanks for your scientific n reliable video.
Most welcome

My age 41. Last year I had angioplasty and got 4 stents. I lost 10 kg and on tablets ( daplo, metsartan, ecosprin , prasudoc )
It's been 1 year. There will be tread mill test.
Sometimes my heart beat becomes fast and pain in left shoulder ( as if I ran some distance ) and it gets normal in 5 minutes.
Will there be risk of future attack / re-blockage
It may. You will need to be on lifelong surveillance in form of annual stress echo and once in 5 years angiography
God has given all of us a certain lifespan, death won't come without completing our life period. Dr. Should not relate to death, he should relate to maintain heart health. That would be correct manner to relate people.
I have mentioned the ways to improve

I found one thing strange. All over the journals and important heart associations like Mayo clinic, American heart association, it's mentioned that maximum heart rate is (220 - age). How the max number suddenly reduced from 220 to 180? I think you should correct it. (180-age) is a ridiculously low number and impossible for a laymen( not athletes) to achieve while doing resistance lifts, sprint running, fast climbing, etc. Heart rate easily shoots up to 150,160 in such situations. So the number (220-age) stands correct. What is true in your statement is, lower the better.
During routine normal activity on an average is advised to Target 70-80% of your maximum target heart rate. Which roughly corresponds to 180 for a 40 years old. To try and achieve 100% of Target would invite many new coronary events in hitherto subclinical (unknown) patients
@@cardiacsecondopinion2880 yes this is what i have gathered from the articles, to not increase the heart rate above 80 % of max.
i am 56, resting heart from 57 to 62, play badminton 6 days , weight 86 KG, medication bisoprolol 2.5mg, sometimes in sleep my heart rate goes below 50 (my apple watch says!), my doc says " no problem"
I concur
