Hello Dr. Nice Explanation. I had side effect with Aspirin. I have taken two times this medicine (Dispirin 325 mg) as a pain killer and each time I had swelling under the left eye.

Dr Sahab, I had underwent mitral valve replacement (mechanical) on 27th Dec, 2017. Thereafter i had been advised to take Clopidogrel 75 mg, Rosuwas 10 mg, nebicard 2.5 mg and Warfarin for life long. I am also suffering with episodes of atrial fibrillation (once in a 4-6 months). Since beginning i have little low blood pressure but following advice I taking these medicines. My cholesterol levels are also maintain and vegetarian foods only. How long should I take these medicines. What are the side effects of these I should be ready to face.
Lifelong medicine..some bleeding risk might be there

But Dr.Sahab prescribed combination of Clopidogrel & Rosuvastatin cap . besides Olkem 20 AM .& Metocard XL 50 tab. I had taken Clopidogrel & Rosuvastatin cap for 2 years .Then local Dr. stopped it. Other, I am taking. Please tell me Clopidogrel should be continued?

Sir i have done angioplasty last month on 27th. Can i confrim throgh CT angiography that my stent is working fine and no cloting or blockage their. Basically want to confrim that is the CT angiography is usefull after angioplasty proecdure to know the better status of the blocakage.

Sir, Doctor advised me Debigatern 110 BD. As I have flacuating heart rates from 68 to 110 in 2-3 minutes. Previously I was taking Asprin 75 but it was stopped and debigatron paradox advised. I am worried if my heart rate shoot up nearly 140 without any exercise. Apart from I am taking atrovastatine 10 mg twice a day. My question can I take asprine 75 pr higher dose when my heart rate shoots up beyond 140. I am also feeling numbness in left leg some times. Can exercise do something to improve heart rate. I have also toung coated every day. My age is 73. Also can I increase debigatran dose.

Namaskar Doctor, last year I have gone through angioplasty and one stent has been placed. It was not after a heart attack but due to angina pain.Recently my doctor has prescribed me Rosuva gold 20 and prolomet R25. Both once in day. Doctor what can happen if by mistake double dose of Rosuva gold 20 is taken within a short time? My another question is that is it safe for me to go for a walk after having meals?
Avoid such mistakes..although nothing much will happen unless to take too many tablets at the same time

After 2 months no improvement found in my chest, and doctor changed the medicine -Rabium 20, Nervmax D & Fuxol M.....SO SIR KINDLY SUGGEST there is any problem for stopping ASP-10/75 as well as new medicine taking or not and what can I do for my chest pain.

I had mild strock in 2008 while working in my office my BP was 230 , I immediately approach to my Dr and he said I will treate you but you have to come to my DISENSIRY twice in a day.. You need note to admit in life line hospital, he treated me for 15 days .. He said I m giving you medical list tabs which you have to take daily..
