Ooh! I'm sorry. Maybe because I was actually doing busy body that very day.
There's no exact time for cooking meat. It all depends on the type you bought, if it's soft or hard, likewise the stock fish and Kpomo.
I got hard kpomo and that's why I added it same time with the stock fish and it stayed in the pot throughout the cooking. If you're using soft Kpomo, cook for just 5 minutes for the seasoning to get inside it, then remove from the pot.
After I added oil and crayfish, I allowed it cook for 3 minutes before adding the oil before.
Then another 3 minutes before okra.
After okra leave for another 2 mins, then vegetable.. this way the soup will be ever green in your fridge.

We don't use Ugu leaf, my mom uses Utazi or Garden egg leaf. She calls this ofe Ugba blood tonic❤❤
