I Love this house! Although it really should have a movie theatre. I do have a question... is it fairly common for buyers to make an offer on the (staging) furniture?
Beautiful house and I understand Mclean is expensive but this house just isn't worth the price tag, walk up is no good and no theater room?! And like others said no privacy and close to a busy road and strange garage layout. I've seen the same type of builder with a better layout and over 8000 sq ft for about 3 million in Vienna with a movie room, walk out basement with alot of light, and again just better layout and location in my opinion. I live in Vienna, Va.
Incredibly amazing🤩 & nice home😊! Just a slightly....you know(disappointed☹️) for the over priced🙄! But anyway tbh the house looks awesome💓! Thanks a lot for the tour 😃👍🏿❤!
Too close to the busy road, heard all that traffic, power lines in front need to be under ground, too close to neighbors, not much of an approach, garage should not be facing the road, land it sit on is not level to the house, look like cheap fixtures were used, garage seem shallow, not much privacy, not much of a character to the home..... I've seen so many homes... and 3 Million dollar homes have been better than what I've seen in VA vs TN, GA, TX, NV, SC, NC, and AK.... like I've said I've seen a lot of homes... what is VA doing... terrible location for a 5 Million or even 3 Million dollars home....When building these homes they really need to do better job of landscaping and making the space private when there's no reason to not be private... there's no view... its also loud outside with the traffic.... should have done a home @ 2Ms and below......VA is looking more like Austin, TX... tiny lots no privacy, to close to neighbors, and over priced compared to other locations... I am going to see if I can find in VA a better home for this price point....maybe the location matters more and they may get 4.5M for it....LOL
The seller may be relying on certain interior fixtures and what it's close to as selling points. Before you see the inside you can see it's not worth $5mil. No curb appeal and as you said, "too close to a busy road". They didn't even level the land before building. 🤦♂

Hello!!! Watching from Kuwait.

I would say it’s pretty rare. But every now and then a buyer loves the staging furniture so much that they want to buy it.
