I love how he layers the flavor or the stock by adding the juices from the chicken and the oil from the sausage drippings. It's just makes it better abd better. ❤😋😋😋

Hey Natalia! 😁 That makes me so happy to hear. I know that many don't add carrots, but I really love to have carrots in my gumbo. And most cases I skip the okra, but you can add that if you like. And, for sure, this food warms your entire soul. It's so good! Cheers, my friend! 🥂
I often wondered what Gumbo was as it is not something I have ever eaten. In Australia we continue to see many new recipes and dishes which have greatly enriched our food choices.
