I'm a fairly new skier and I don't think I'm on the right skis. I've watched hundreds of videos trying to understand it, and this is by far the best explanation I've seen. Now I just need to find skis that fit what I want

To be honest if you want to ride everything you need 2-3 skis

hey i was wondering if a freeride ski would work in park because i want to ride in powder and i also kinda want to do a little park too

Sure could work, depending on which one :) Dont go too wide since it gonna get hard in the park and an (equal) twin tip will help for sure. I would look around 100-110mm

I’ve been looking at getting the black crows vertis or dynastar m cross 82. What would you recommend would be best?
    - I’m a good intermediate skier. Have struggled in the past with skis being too ‘edgy’ and the tails not releasing very easily when I want them to (only used narrow piste skis before). Will be skiing on piste mainly but want something that’ll still be good at the end of the day in the softer stuff/bumps.

since we only carry the Vertis at the moment, I'd recommend that 😅 We have the 180 with a 85mm waist. If you want to talk more in-depth, please reach out to our customer service, they are more than happy to help you out 😁

Great Video! I am 5’ 10” @ 200lbs - looking to buy the 2023 Atomic Maverick 95ti - I am 45 years old (intermediate skier) i ski 80% groomers and the occasional off trail out in the west coast. I am stuck between what length to get - these skis only come in 172 (forehead height) or 180 just a little over my height. I am not an aggressive skier and I do like the occasional speed and steep black diamonds I rented 180 last year and struggled a bit on them, for my weight and height will the 172 be ok? I don’t want to regret my decision, on paper the 172 seem to be ok after looking at several charts on the web.

Hi Joe! We would recommend the 180s for better stability at high speeds, and the 172s for better turning and more playing around. If you tried 180s and struggled with them, maybe the 172s are better. The 172 are also a better option for groomers - I would probably only recommend a 180 if you are looking for more float :)

Please help me in choosing the right ski
I'm let's say intermediate to advanced skier and I want to buy a new pair of skis
    I stopped at:

Thanks for the video. The background audio on this one is not good. Those effects just sound nasty.
