Feels like most of the WTravs I find are from bosses, whereas the unique Sacreds tend to be from elite packs.
In other words, WTs are “rarer” than unique sacreds. Oh treasure classes...
Can you make a video how to bug def on unique eth helmet or armor for merc??? And then with the rw bug def on normal or sup eth armors???

I can honestly say , that is probably the craziest collection of drops from 1000 mephisto runs! I mean , just the rune drops alone is worthy of the time spent , not to mentioned everything else that droped! And i speak from experience having a lvl 98 hardcore sorc Single player (mf) Great job man!
Hmmm. I farm Mephy all the time, but hadn't thought about really hitting the boss packs and council. Definitely looks to be worth the effort. Good vod DB!
Cool video! I still get extremely excited whenever i see a windforce drop, even after quitting the game more than 15 years ago. Always had been THE chase unique for me back in 1.09 and 1.10

Damn, bless you man... It brought up so many beautiful memories of the past when the life seemed to be so joyful and irresponsible :) I've spent hours on Diablo 2. It helped me to learn English language, and yeah... all that fuss with Mephisto farming, raids for runes, pvp tournaments and etc. Damn, good times. I was the happiest man on Earth when I finally farmed Harlequin Crest Shako, lol. It took me ages to get it and after endless raids it was such a joy.
Wow amazing drops...i remember when a windforce was the best weapon in the game and sold for 100$ on eBay lol I bought a duped one for 20$ and it disappeared after 2 games ahhhh memoriesssssss

@@sheepwshotguns42 You just need to put it on your cursor in a private game by yourself and then press alt (to glitch the item on your cursor) and then the F4 key. it's a secret perm method. But seriously, there's no way to make an unperm item perm unless all of the copies of the item except the one you have no longer exist.

@@sheepwshotguns42 Creating a runeword in a base that has never been used for a runeword before makes it new ID, because it's an entirely new item. Jewels and gems have no effect on an item's ID. Like for example, if someone sold you a 15/15 Archon plate and you put an enigma in it, then hel'd it, and tried to put a new runeword in it; it still wouldn't make a new ID. Only white / grey bases that have never been made into runewords before have no unique item ID (plus a few other items). You could cube 2 runes together and create a new rune which technically has a new ID. But, if you took the same 2 duped runes (both are the same exact ID), cubed them and then tried leaving the game, your new upgraded rune would poof regardless if the new rune has a new ID. Because it was created with 2 runes which have the same ID. But TL;DR... No, only bases that have never been runewords are considered legit after duping.
And if youre asking if you can put a duped jewel or rune into a socket and that rune or jewel is now perm, yes? Technically I guess? Since once it's socketed into something it's not going to poof.

I always do Mephisto and Andy. It's fast and both have pretty good drops.

I'm farming Enigma runeword doing only LK runs and so far each 1000 runs have granted me at least 1 Ohm rune, either directly or through cubing (www.reddit.com/r/diablo2/comments/gjcukp/1000_lk_runs_farming_enigma/?) - you could try that, GL getting yours!

8:46 holy crap i am not kidding, i had this video open while farming meph on ladder and i just got a shako drop at the exact same time as dbrunski. holy shit its so good! rolled 134 def.
I finished hell on my sorc and started farming somewhat better gear, struggled with cold sorc, struggled with other skill mixes. Finally, I respeced to hydraorb sorc. Watched this video, started Mephisto runs, on the second one got perfect Shako, lords stack drop :) TY, Dbrunsky :)

I remember back in the dueling games when noobs get mad for being killed they gna switch to other Characters. Sometimes they came with a tal sorc. Loved the Gold they were dropping.
Very cool! I've always loved running Hell Durance for MF - very good drops and fast runs, and it's not terribly difficult with less than optimal characters.
Relatively unrelated - when I was playing Classic on the very early .09 patch, I was rushing a couple friends through NM Act 2, got a Steeldriver from a chest. Which, for anyone not familiar, one of best hammer drops in classic.

Among Chinese fans, Mophisto has the nick name, Lao Mo (or Old Mo), which literally means “model worker”. This is in recognition of his contribution to most player’s gears and being killed the most times in the game. 😆
Honestly that's pretty solid. When I played in the p.c days I never found a high rune in that area ever. Always baals minions. The d web was definitely a huge score. Congrats

Yes i also recognize the council members in durance lvl 3, have a good odd to drop hr. I always did this a couple of years ago. Every i joined in a battlenet game with bots i famed whole durance lvl 3. I did only a couple of hundreds runs and i drop a Jah Rune and two other hr´s in total. Super farming spot for hr`s in my opinion.

Another great video @Dbrunski125! What mod are you using for the item type color changes? I remember editing the games coding back when it first came out to change the color values to edit items but that was almost 20 years ago and things are way different lol.

I'm not sure if it's mad rune luck it's 1000 runs i would say it has to be around the average.
once i dropped a rare jewel in act 1, normal difficulty. i don't remember the exact stats but the main thing it gave was + minimum damage. i put it on a 3 slot weapon with a couple of runes from the countess and i was literally oneshotting everything except bosses until the late act 3. since min and max damage was the same, every enemy took full damage with every hit
damn duide that assassin circ is one of the best hybrid sin circlets ive ever seen, actually. the minimum damage is fucking amazing.
love the vids coming back to d2! how come some items have a mark next to them when they're on the floor? is it something that tells you when an item has rolled a skill mod

When you consider averages, and what some of your 1K videos have found, you had a bit a dozen great drops, not even including the rings/ammys.
The real question is: were some of the drops from the minions and not just the boss/elite? On players 7, you would expect maybe 10-25% of the loot to come from the minions.

maybe im confused since I havent played in a while but what does the purple color mean on some of the items that dropped? never seen it before, is that a mod or in game stuff?
My luck was insane with shako: after dropping from Andy it dropped again from unique zombie also in catacombs. About 20 runs difference

Ever thought about doing 1000 runs (wherever) with a hipster build? Maybe rabies druid? Fire druid? Something like that - would be dope to watch. Also timing the runs and comparing them with other more optimal builds would be cool.
How did you get windforce as battle bow unique? Isn't it supposed to spawn as hydra bow?

question concerning the up coming release of Diablo 2 Resurrected, will it override my current Diablo 2 game or make a completely new game, also I use PlugY and singer player, will Resurrected affect that game as well...just pre-ordered the game and would hate to lose my current games if I install the new game....thanks in advance with any answer's

OK, I'm gonna start killing those fools.. you got some very cool drops. I play BNET and on my first week of Mephisto runs this ladder [that is about to end] I got a perfect Shako but I haven't gotten one again

Does PlugY or any of the add-ons you're using increase rune drop rates? I've literally been smashing Hell Meph/Players 7 LK for weeks and found nothing. In fact, I've never had better than an Ist rune drop at this point anywhere.
Scott Kay From my experience farming the ancient tunnels for a week and not getting anything higher than a Lo rune, I‘d say he is just lucky. Keep at it, the loot is incredibly random and IMO that’s the fun of playing this game.

yup always kill those vampires in durance when doing meph runs is what i do. They can drop death fathom, griffons, wf, d-web and crown of ages out of the “valueable” tc87 items. But ya like you mentioned since none of them can get to mlvl 87, no tyraels, azurewrath (but who wants that lol) or arach mesh from them critters :(. I cant remember if mang song required mlvl87 ... i dont think it did...

When I started plugy I got 2 shako, a soj, war travs, chance guards, goldwrap within a week on NM meph, you just have to be lucky.

I honestly cant even remember if ive ever had high runes drop in my years and years of playing diablo. Maybe a gul or mal from forge but none of the higher ones.

Why would you want that Assassin circlet for a dual wielding claw Assassin when it has cast rate instead of attack speed?
Because the trap placement speed is affected by attack speed and for that reason you use claws, and you need fcr for your teleport

I've always loved Diablo 2... but as an Aus player i've never been able to reallyenjoy the battlenet sensation. I flipping love single player however. The one thing i look forward to with a diablo 2 remaster (if it does happen) is better servers so i can play online. That is the only reason I would look forward to a remaster, otherwise i think Diablo 2 is amazing and doesn't even need a remaster tbh.
Battlenet had it's heyday in the early to mid 2000's. After that, it declined really fast, getting almost as bad as Open bnet at times. I hate how people turned it into a business, which is what stopped me playing for many years.
When I got back into it, I stuck with single player and occasional mods. Single player is where the game really shines, or playing private servers with good friends.
