was looking for the wow factor yet didn't see anything. the houses are nice, but the planning and hygiene of the internal roads leaves much to be desired. i've sadly come to realise we Igbos don't know how to do posh, highbrow and exclusive residential area. you see a estate they tell you is for the rich and famous, and its full of ugly pot-hole ridden and unswept roads, open gutters packed full of dirt, and almost zero greenery/trees. its so annoying.
The millennium city might address that.

You’re so right... that’s why the real estate doesn’t appreciate much . They should learn from Lagos/Abuja
i was expecting to see wonderful structures and good network of roads, but was disappointed. dirt roads abound.
The estate doesn’t speak well for the elites living there. The roads and infrastructures should do the talking not massive buildings.

I don't see anything to enjoy here. If this is what is to enjoy in this 21st century, then I say we are still very very far to catch up with the rest of the people. No good road planning. No planting beautiful trees to decorate the estate. With all the chest beating of Anambra people but still yet nothing to show for
