That’s what I’m stressed about-the ladder. I’d do this all by myself it’s getting someone to hold the base of the ladder that’s a problem. Most family are lazy
100%. Especially on a windy day up on the roof guttering.
You don’t need someone else for a bungalow, for a two story house I’d employ someone to do the work or buy a scaffolding arrangement, looks like scaffolding but it can be moved without disassembly. It’ll pay for itself in a few years.

No mention of dust mask or goggles to stop bits of grit getting in your eyes or to check for asbestos depending on the age of the property?
