Yes and what a concert that was in 1968 he was at his best looked good sounded good and ingnored what hs manager really wanted him to do on that concert. If only he had ditched his manager for good he would maybe not have died at such a young age. His fans still pay tribute to him after 40 + yrs after his death. What other entertainer has such a following.
Yes. Elvis wanted to be recognized as a great singer again. Then in comes the greedy ones the two. P s one after the fame of being. Elvis s wife.and the money that could come from his singing. And the other wanting to make a puppet out of him and bring in the big money no matter what. Elvis had to do. Elvis wanted to tour across the world but parker couldnt.so then. Elvis couldnt. But no matter what. Elvis s fame has lasted. Even today new ines are realizing how great. Elvis was. The greatest!
No one knew Elvis only Elvis knew his self he can't answer now Only the muck is coming out by his so called women he met and married one I am not interested in what they say about him it's only his voice and music I am interested in xxxx
Clickbait. There are no secrets left to tell about Elvis. Nearly everyone who knew him has either died, or written books, or given interviews already. The media are like vultures, picking over the carcass of Elvis to try and satisfy the demand of new Elvis fans who want to know more. The older fans already know everything there is to know - we sift through the garbage and find very little that is new. Lisa's book is probably the final chapter to be written about Elvis's life, although sadly, there is very little about Elvis in it. Fair enough, it is the story of her life, and Elvis played a very small part in it, only having access to her during school holidays after the ex wife took her away.
It's actually sad. Parker took him from a superstar to what was basically a lounge singer. If Elvis had toured Europe and stayed out of Vegas there is no telling what could have happened. Parker and Vernon killed him pushing him to be a cash cow
The '68 "Comeback" special could have been called the "Goodbye" special. No sooner did he reclaim his throne, he lost it one year later doing cheezy lounge music in white sequins.

PARKER WAS A FOOL!!!! 😡

VERNON DID NOT YOU GOT THAT TWISTED
Only if Elvis would have told his own story.. we the fans would know exactly his story.. an his thoughts..🫤
He inspires me just by listening to him
He was a superstar until he died, so get it right! He was never like a lounge singer.

wrong he was good for the next few years until he realised it was another treadmill
Stop talking ignorantly about Elvis.
Can anyone tell me who the guy is in the documentary with the black baseball cap and beard?
And the boy. Who is he! ? Son? friend??
His cousin Billy Smith
