Hey Sir jelly Bean, don't forget arty/mortars can use smoke with smoke pos. Its useful if you want to break line of sight to close the distance in an attack, hide your units while making a retreat, or protect infantry from tanks.
You can repair tanks and replenish squads with a supply truck. Also if you go to settings and put the tanks on defensive they will auto smoke if engaged by a enemy it can't see
