I love your channel. I have a small embroidery business myself and sell at craft shows. I use a combination of different threads but mostly Robinson Anton. For the person who asked about Rayon vs Polyester thread, most embroiders use polyester thread on kids clothes because it is color fast and will not bleed when washed in bleach. Rayon thread is shiny and is used mostly for adult clothing, this thread will bleed if accidentally washed with bleach. Happy stitching everyone!

I love watching your videos. My husband really appreciates how much your husband helps you. He’s my helper. I have a Babyloc Flourish 2 that my husband blessed me with 2 months ago. I want to work my way up to a multi needle within the next year or so. I am using Robinson- Anon threads with the flourish right now. It is the thread that came as part of the gifts with purchase. I have been using coats and Clark on my OLD embroidery/sewing machine for years. I am going to try Madeira and Brothread on my next Amazon order. Thank you for being here and sharing with all of us.

I love Madeira Rayon thread. I buy it online and use it with my PE770. I have a single spool thread stand that holds the small cones very well so I can use it with my machine. I LOVE thread as well and it makes me happy too :-) I found you don't have to buy hundreds of colors. Many are so similar that when you do applique you cant really tell the subtle difference in shades. I do have several shades of pinks and blues.

I recently purchased Glide trilobal and love em. I found Madeira ships from NH and has great prices on everything on their site, so no middle man. I have Floriani and Isacord rayon's that are lovely as well.
Marianne Reddick how to you like the Floiani? I received 6 spools with my machine purchase. I also got some cotton aurfil that I haven’t tried yet.
I have Mediera and ordered some from Mr Sew and Mrs Vac and like both.

Thank you for this video! So very helpful! Is polyester thread better to use when embroidering shirts/onesies? I have been using rayon.
Also, I have a brother 10 needle machine and would love a video on using the color chart and thread placement on the machine. I’ve had to get thread at Joanns a couple times in a pinch and I cringe paying so much! I use glide thread usually in my 15 needle machine.

FYI I made a killing selling tutus at the movies on site for frozen 2
Burgundy w/gold glitter ribbon & baby blue w/silver glitter ribbon.. I didn’t have any left(sold 25).. I sold them for $20. (25x20=500.) I went home with $560dlls
They didn’t care if one was too short or too long! All that they wanted was to get their little princesses tutus! It was amazing!

I have to do something so I took what $ I had and I’m praying and I love creating things ! That’s a great idea ! I wonder if frozen is still playing at all in any movies ! Lol I know I pray that Facebook locally will help I don’t see any close by me and the ladies who help my hubby says no one is doing that and the ones who are big time seamstress charge crazy ! Brotheread is good 😊 I’m in the UK as well and that’s what I use. Do a google search for Madeira I forgot the website name. But try BTC activewear. Madeira is expensive so I advise you to start with brotheread and then update to Madeira as you go. Hope that helps x

What’s the best brand to get
So many colors! I was doing an embroidery, it suggested Madiera rayon b but I only use Polyester. I pulled out every conversion charts, my poly neon thread charts, isacords,threadart,hemmingworth, but what I really need is the thread chart from Floriani. All my color laser print out color charts are useless. I looked at the madiera threads online, and I found I didnt have one color that was even close to theirs, and the embroidery designs suggestions. I have a lot of thread also, but I never know what I am missing. This latest design showed mr I dont have any avacados, or a light glowing cold tones pink, no aqua, no rich royal blues , I thought I had every blue in the world but they looked grey, or black shaded and dull compared to Madiera’s. So I think I need to get started collecting Madiera but they are expensive. Do you have any suggestions how to purchase thes at a good price? Also, there isn’t anywhere around here in west michigan that carry the threads, JHelp!!!!!!
