I think classifying Persian as SOV is rather misleading for Persian ( and other Iranic languages ) due to their verbal formation similar to Romance languages , tend to be flexible so much so that they can be structured VSO , OVS , ..etc. something which is impossible in English.

In Balochistan half the population is Pashtun. In Pakhtunkhwa there are non Pashtuns as well like indic gujjars , Dardics , hindkowans but majority is Pashtun like wazer, mehsud , Afridi, khattak , Yusifzai etc . Add to this Indian Pashtuns and Afghans the figure will move above 70
