14 weeks and 14 LBS DOWN…
Sean not only looks ripped but jacked too 💪
Sean first came across Physique Academy on Instagram and was inspired by the amazing results others had achieved.
He was feeling unmotivated about his current physical and mental state and wanted to push himself further.

At first, sticking to the diet plan while having social events was Sean’s biggest challenge.
However, he was determined to reach his goal weight of 165 pounds with coach Jamie who helped Sean breeze through his struggles.
On top of his regular workouts, Sean added in extra runs to help him drop those last few pounds.
As a result, Sean now feels both physically and mentally stronger than ever! Even having friends and coworkers asking for advice 😉
