OK I’ll see that I change the air intake sensor on my truck Ford 5.8 92 that helped it out you just might have to check for some vacuum leaks that’s why It’s running rough

Never understood why Ford wouldn't put a manual transmission in the F150 with the 351 but they would in the F250.

The 93 lightning only came in a 4-speed automatic.

@@danieldlr96 rather easy just grab a 2wd 5 speed out of any other f150 along with all the clutch stuff and it should bolt right in
You'll need a flywheel for the 351/5.8 engine.
