I own Honda stunner from 2010 batch, it still runs without any problems. If I would have listened to this man I might have bought another bike because none of my friends could maintain their pulsars bought in the same year.
Pulsar 135 has vibes but they are only at certain speed of 65 to 70 kmph but other than that engine is quiet refined for the most of the time. i will complete 4 years of ownership of Pulsar 135 on April this year, what i can say it's such a great bike it way ahead of previous Bajaj bikes. But believe me Bajaj new Bikes are coming with High quality Nut Bolts which don't get rusted. The main problem of performance bikes in India is their Good quality after sales service.
pulsar 135 ls it gives 50 to 58 kmpl... and . fz is good but not equal to pulsar pick up..... pulsar 135 is vry fastest in traffic road... which fz is vry good in top speed... but in indian traffic road always pulsar 135 ls wins... fz mans have is walk in traffic... stunner wont give tat much speed... but honda parts r vry costly... pulsar front brakes vry effective i always do stunt will sudden braking....
proud owner of yamaha fz-s from 2011...still it's a an anytime ready to vroom machine really the quality of the engine of yamaha is nothing but spectacular
Fz16🔥 not comparable... Power acceleration stability breaking refinement look everything is awesome. Riding since 2012 still running smooth clocked 1.69 k kms
FZ16 is around Rs. 67,000 ex showroom in india [ $1,218 USD @ current exchange rate] it costs around Rs. 78000 on the road [with taxes and insurance paid] = $1418 USD on the road it can easily cruise @ 90-100kph without any problem. but since its a city oriented bike, top speed is limited to 110-115kph. ps: i own a FZ-S 2011 model
which is fastest of them all, the pulsar rouser 135, FZ 16 yamaha or Honda Stunner? Motorbike is considerably based on its durability, speed and less fuel consumption. which of these 3 has this quality?
hello ! I am interested in buying a bike with good milege and decent power and stylish looks. Which should i choose between cb twister or bajaj 135ls? Also give me any other options better than these two.......my budget is 72k max on road pune .....thanx once again.
All those who are saying Bajaj 135 is shit are the ones who are using CT-100 or Splendor. I have been using this bike for 2 years now and believe me it's the best bike in this range with great mileage and pickup. It's smooth in traffic and easy to handle except it has big turning radius which becomes problematic in small streets. Otherwise it's best in class, looks, mileage, usage etc. Servicing is worst. Bajaj needs to improve it's servicing and their workers. This gives vibes when at 60-70 kmph but now after complaining it has almost gone. Finally do not go on company. Bajaj is good, Yamaha, Honda are Japanese so Indians tend to like foreign brands than their own.
yes these engines will be ok and sometimes these engines can also take a lot of thrashing if you are in a hurry.the handling though is best part of the bike and coupled to the engine's bottom and mid end grunt it is lots and lots of fun to ride around twisties.the bike also looks like a supernaked and if you cover the cylinder most of the people non familiar with bikes will say that it's a 600-700cc.
Hello, whats the price in U.S dollars of the 2012 yamaha fz 16 in INDIA? Im still in doubt if to buy F'16 or HOnda Unicorn (not dazzler). I need it for commuting to work 40 kms one way and 40 kms coming back home. To cruise at 90 and 100 kms per hour will be too much for this small engines or will be ok? HOw long this engines can last driving like that? THanks
@Jonas Macapagal ..oh yeah.. i hav my fz16 also..and i already tried rouser135...comfort while driving..uncomparable..running 115km/h in rouser u can already feel the vibration..
Have been riding this Bike for 2 Years now....and I am truly impressed...although the fuel economy is not that high....I.love to rev the bike and the acceleration is awesome considering this is just a 135... Some corrections though Fuel Efficiency - 45Km/l Maximum Top Speed - 119 Km/hr 0-60 - 5.1 seconds (my weight is 68Kg) The tires are too slippery on wet roads....can't ride above 40Km/hr during the rains Best part - Bajaj Spare Parts are very cheap....;-)
I have a Bajaj Pulsar 135 and perhaps most bikes with midrange think Honda or Yamaha Suzuki maybe also are the best but this bike is excelling in the market as a bike. Actually I'm not complaining about my Pulsar. If one knows how to give care maintenance and durable bike is all! My approach would leave as Bajaj motorcycles in 1st place of work.
Bajaj cannot compete with japanese giants Honda & Yamaha especially in engine refinement and overall reliability.. main agenda of bajaj is their low price tag in wch most of the customers wld fall..& I dont understand evn in thz so cald technical review Pulsar emerged as winner for the sole reason of price tag..!!!
Kawasaki is but not bajaj, the rouser/pulsar is owned by bajaj and not kawasaki, bajaj partnered up with kawasaki for distribution of bikes. You can google for more info. But that said the 135 LS isn't that bad, to say way better than Chinese motorcycles, it's just that pulsars/rousers need a bit more caring.
yes... truly the fz16 has a lot of plastic cowlings and etc...but it has the advantage... for example the gas tank... first advantage... platic can block the heat of the sun.. the gas inside are protected.... second... if fz16 crash or something hit the cover... it can be easily replaced... unlike the full metal tank, if the tank had a dent... a lot of job is needed... ^_^
@ManuDriftKing u seem like a hardcore bajaj fans but the fact remains that substandard products like bajaj bikes can be sold easily in a developing market like india these guys really can't match tha quality and reliability of a honda or yamaha they can compare in terms of price only look at the high end models of yamaha and honda and u will know what thase guys are capable of
why are you always looking for speed? did you give any considerations for comfort, handling, efficiency, vibration, maintenance? you are always looking for speed... i already tried the pulsar 135 because my friend owned one... at the same time, i have my own fz16... there is a lot of difference... fz stands out...

The Fz 16 have no comparison on climbing with the stunner is a very slower bike with high price the Pulsar os the fastest but climbing goes back against the Yamaha

Yeah Pulsars are for the playas who want a fast bike for just 2-3 years whereas fz-16 are for the men who want quality, comfort, speed, styling etc for a long time.
realityteller1 who told you that shit here in india various old also 10/8 years pulsers are there on road and still very fast and good condition with good fuel economy in cheap price and maintenance
