These are first class machines! The videos didn't exist in 2010 when I bought mine so I'm checking them out. As with all stitchers and sewing machines most issues are user induced ;^) I've been really pleased as it is a true workhorse.
The manual I have is much smaller than the one you guys show and page 5 doesnt match what you are talking about. The CD or DVD I got in the box also wouldn't auto play and my computer wont open any of the extensions. There was nothing about the thread guide assembly, where to put it and what parts went to it. We figured it out but a more detailed illustration about it would have been nice.

Hi Nathan! Nesting usually occurs if the top tension is a little messed up or if when the handle is in the up position and if you push down on the take up arm and it can move your take up arm bracket could be adjusted. The videos certainly did exist. I bought mine in 1998 and it came with this very video on a VHS tape.
