“Shock and overwhelm” 😂😂😂 when we are activated is so accurate🎯🎯🎯🎯. Didn’t realize this was a thing early in my journey (for the first 15 years!) when I was just “reading” and absorbing everything. This ish is no joke. Def. not for the faint of heart. Those integration periods are whew…😓😰. Sending love and light to any and everyone who has been propelled or is moving slowly on their journey. No easy feat, either way. God Bless. 🙏🏾❤️❤️❤️❤️

This would describe what has happened to me the day after Thanksgiving! Everyday for over a week I went thru a different experience. I would this one was different then anything experienced in the past probably because I'm more aware that I'm on a spiritual awakening, where I had no clue in the past. I can't even get my therapist etc to understand the healing journey so that he may be of assistance. 🤦🏻‍♀️ I think there should be a shaman in every mental health facility 😊 I'm so excited about new earth!!

@@StarWow4-mq9rm I was "struggling" after my awakening and my daughter in law, not knowing, suggested I see a therapist. I thought, Sh1t, d@mn, that ain't gonna help. 😉

“Aaahhh, I love that smell.” Love it. I smell my books - used and new. It’s like I have to take in the reading experience from all of my senses. Speaking of old cigarette smoke… I have a wooden Budai statue from Okinawa that my grandparents had - both of which were heavy smokers. My grandpa smoked cherry tobacco in his pipe. … yes… I sniff the Budai.

"Bringers of the Dawn"! I went to a yard sale a couple months ago and completely bypassed the book bin. It called to me after I left. I didn't even know what it was about, but I felt a strong urge to go back. When I did, that was the book I bought without even reading the back cover 😂. Had never heard of it. I love that it has a mention on your list.

I'm happy to say I have "Right Use Of Will" (1986 edition) and read this in the 1990s along with "Bringers Of The Dawn" and others by same authors. I pulled out Right Use of Will today after watching this, and will re-read with my now more expanded awareness. An important book, to me, that impacted me greatly early on in the mid 1980s was "Lazaris: The Sacred Journey - You And Your Higher Self" (great beginner book), and Manly P. Hall's works were amazing too. Thank you for your wisdom and sharing it freely. Many blessings.

A great read, Indeed. I found respect for the power of my will with this book. In fact, initially I found it intimidating because it challenged me to take responsibility for all of my actions. No exceptions.

"When there's nothing left to burn, you have to set yourself on fire," are song lyrics by the Stars that have played over and over again in my head on my spiritual path, mainly because of the physical symptoms that I have experienced. I gotta get that book of poetry. My library has several titles by Yung Pueblo, so if you want to try before you buy or if books are not in your budget, definitely try your local library. Thank you for the list!

After my awakening my guides would always lead me to books. Because I was coming out of a deeply religious upbringing, the first thing they said was to read only that written in red in the Bible, which is basically only what God or Jesus spoke.
The next thing was the Song of Solomon. This began the Hieros Gamos within me and completely changed my life. It is just love poetry, but within the words is a dance with the Soul. This opened my heart eyes. Seeing with the heart is a game changer. Even today I can start a kundalini meditation with quotes from the Song of Solomon and my body will light up immediately.
I once had a book fly off the shelf at the bookstore and land in my hands. It was also on the sacred marriage.
The one book we have in common is Bringers of the Dawn. It was one of the first ‘non religious’ books I was led to.
Every awakening journey is unique and beautiful. Books, songs, movies, overheard conversations, the list is endless of the breadcrumbs the Universe will use to teach and guide us.

For whatever reason, I have been shown positive attributes about Love not found in any book, video, or by any teacher. First, I got here because I asked for this lesson. Essentially, we have been made confused between Caring and Love. Caring is what we seek and what we can offer to others. Love is an energy felt in the chest. Anyone who has done love generating work knows that this is a legit discernable feeling. If you apply Emoto's work on water crystals to our own cells, you can easily make the leap that as we experience Love and Joy more consistently, that Love is our bio-fusion generator for our ultimate health system. We are literally walking and talking 3D printers that create new cells every single day, and the material it requires are minerals. The more you meditate on this, the more it makes perfect sense. If we are supposed to be Divine Beings, wouldn't it make sense that we should be hardier, that natural mechanics would be in place for healing? Can you also see that this gift is only given to those that live in the ways of Love Consciousness? As for me, I am a mechanical puzzle builder, and so understanding the mechanics of everything has been a lens I walk around with daily. Health wise, I have not have had a cold, flu or even a headache in over 40 years now. Filling ones life with Love is Key.

I just read it - bought it after the August Sedona retreat. Finished it in 7 hrs - and it was so on point and on time because the chakra overlay was a serious inquiry I came to honestly from being a sincere yogi/vedic “practivioner” and a teacher. Thank you! Wish I had gotten to it earlier. I too bought it on eBay and I accidentally bought 2 copies. I promptly gifted the second one.

That is the wildest book recommendation ever!
From all your words I get the idea you are an ambassador for the Sophia/Athena consciousness oversoul/aeon.
Roughly summarized, in the creation of the Adamus humans, Athena bestowed the divine butterfly spark in human beings.
You often use the analogy of larva, cocoon (mineral amino mush), butterfly.
In my own perception I see it like you facilitate the butterfly 🦋 arising in us all. What a life mission... I am grateful for your service, Sarah! ❤

PS. when 'Bringers of the Dawn' came out originally, I read it while on a spiritual journey in Glastonbury/England, and phoned Barbara straightaway, wanting to offer to translate it into German... and she picked up the phone!!! But it wasn't meant to be: she just had authorized a German couple to do it. 🌈

So I have been on this esoteric journey conciously since 2018 and I was in the gospel of Thomas within months of my initial awakening (kundalini) the text needed a lot of my attention but I enjoyed it thoroughly. Fast forward to 2025 and I can’t get past the truths that have been revealed to me and maybe 8,000 others. 4 out of those 8,000 only 4 can read all Ancient Greek (classisist) and the original text is very very different from any other language. One word could represent a paragraph. Anyway the text basically destroy Christianity all of it

Thoughts about books. Through my 20s I went from book to book and sometimes it felt like I was led to some books and at other times I'd read a book that would contradict something from another book or made me feel like I was being told what to think or do and I would get disillusioned. One thing I was trying to do was find out what were the true facts about our reality and the past ie history, religion, spirituality, life after death etc. The other thing was looking for spiritual tips whether it be techniques or wisdom. Over time I stopped buying books but I can still dip into certain books and it will re-charge me.

I thought they were "hauntings" and Monroe was writing about the kinds of experiences I had as a child and it all made sense finally.

Sarah, pleeeease respond to this: Because I value your wisdom so much, I'm so curious as to what aspects of our universal journey you disagree with. I'm at the halfway point right now, and it is talking about stuff regarding the pineal gland, Kundalini, the sun and the moon, the chakra system, etc. and how everything I thought I knew about those things is actually false. And that's really bothering me, NGL.
Is there any way you can shine a light on these things for me? I'm sure it would take a book to explain your perspective, but dang... I sure would appreciate it.

Nice to hear where you have gotten some of your inspiration and understandings from Sarah, thank you. I like the new category as well, it doesn't have to be ancient to be great. For the Dutch speaking people. About astral travel and related experiences. I like the guided 'transcedente reizen' of Marieke van Meijeren of the 'Bewustzijn School'. It helps me to - as she calls it - "built a connection with my soul". There are some free ones on YT. So it's not a book haha, but it came to my mind at the 'out of body experience' part of the video. Happy Christmas everyone! ❤

Thanks to her recommendation, I bought the book. I'm halfway through, and I'm kind of freaking out. What it's saying about the pineal gland, Kundalini, etc. I don't know if I can believe it! It goes against everything that I've learned to be true, and suddenly The book is telling me to think again.
Like I said, I'm halfway through the book. There's still a long way to go. But because my brain has turned to mush after a ton of screen time today, I don't have the energy to keep reading. I'm wondering if you can give me a spoiler, And let me know whether or not an alternative path is provided later in the book, one that is better, more believable, more efficient than the paths that the book is poo pooing on?
      Thanks in advance

    • @InnerStellarCosmicConversation
      @InnerStellarCosmicConversation 11 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

@ Hey Brad! I can only offer my personal experience.
The pineal gland, chakra system, and kundalini awakening, are all a part of the god matrix we live in.
We have been enslaved to the gods for thousands of years through these energetic overlays. This applies to organized religion, as well as new age. The truth is we are the creators, and worshipping these beings is coming to an end. The veil is thinning, and it is time to remember who we are.
It is time to transcend the god matrix and that is what the purpose of this book is all about.
It is about coming into conscious awareness of your creations here, the roles you have played, and are playing. Remembering that you are an infinite creator being, and this is a journey of returning back to your own universe.
It changed my life and made everything make sense. We are seekers of truth, because we know what we have been told doesn’t make sense.
The endgame is reclaiming the memories of who you are, and going home. Not reincarnating and potentially being harvested into the hologram of the gods. Take your time and read it through. 💚

Thank you 🙏🌞 I wish more teachers would use their platforms to highlight material most of us will otherwise miss. PURE GOLD! Since you mention Robert Monroe I can’t help but highlight here something that has big time hit the mainstream and was admittedly a bit of awakening for me, even though I was already there in terms of the material: The Telepathy Tapes podcast. I just finished binge listening to this (which is like Harry Potter but REAL) and am now convinced that the non-speakers are going to lead us to a revolution of consciousness that will trigger a domino effect leading to political and economic revolution 🌞🤝🌞🤝🌞 I would love for you to do an episode on this 🤞😇

I just found you today❤ I LOVVVVE WHAT YOU ARE SAYING! I truly believe that we can get something out of anything we read. It doesn't have to all resonate or be true. Just like the bible, I take what means the most love to me. We have been soooo conditioned on what god is and god is whatever we want it to be (not absolute ha ha). As soon as we learn one thing, there is something more and more and more! THANK YOU FOR BEING LOVE!❤❤❤

This was the best Christmas present of the century🙏🙏❤ This is exactly what i m having trouble right now, transition from "theory" to true embodiment and creation of awakening!. This is the hardest part by all means, to live your awakening every day in the mandate world of our Matrix...

I've reached a point now where I feel like I need a counseling session or someone with a similar viewpoint to help guide me through the work I'm doing. Which is mostly dream work. I'm trying to clear the violence out of my psyche and finding it difficult. I also find myself "stuck" in areas that appear to be artificial - I get caught in procedurally-generated mazes and can't bridge to my conscious self to escape. I am going to check out some of these titles and see what they have to say.

Have you tried Jung? I’m often amazed by how contemporary his words sound. His worldview was also quite shamanic, and shamanism was another idea that initially came to me when I read your comment.

Sounds similar to myself, I’ve had a reoccurring dream of being ‘enslaved’ in random work environments that exhausts me. I’ve found working with the Gene Keys (you can find everything for free online), specifically the ‘Venus Sequence’, helped me a lot with the more personal work. Also, Evolutionary astrology has been phenomenal as well.
I just started ‘The Reality of Being’ that Sarah recommended. And it’s one of the most profound perspectives I’ve ever come across. It’s written in present time first-person, so it feels like you’re moving with Jeanne through identity blocks. I think it’s going to be quite transformative for me

The Impersonal Life continues to be a roadmap for me. It has penetrated my being to the point where I weigh everything against it. My problem with it is it's most meaningful message contradicts it's actual existence. We "search for gurus, books, psychics, knowledge outside of ourselves," but only because the Creator wants to show us it's futile. Isn't the book channeled?
