“The most intense and fasting healing you can have is to be in a soulmate relationship and see the love somebody else has for you” PREACH🙌🏻✨

As one of those men who has personal experience with deep core wounds, I do know I will die with them, yes. But, the wounds I will die with will have transformed into something very different from when they were first discovered. They continue to transform, accumulate, and I will continue to grow them into sturdy trunks and then branches which will be strong enough to cradle a canopy of ever green possibilities. For as a man, I must feel deeply and feel strongly and be courageous enough to live with a wounded heart, and if necessary stay in that wound and act from it, with spontaneous skill and love even from that place of deep pain. I have learned from these wounds and have settled into my deepest purpose as a result of uncovering them. They sit on my emotional skin as scars, not only in the sense of ugly defacement, but as signs of experience and reminders of the battles I've won in the face of fear and the life long responsibility I know have, as a veteran of that trauma, to never see that pain recreated on the world, or my partner. This deepest purpose I have to give is the act of living fully as a response to the healing and changing from my wounds. Learning to dance and laugh in the drama of the world and my past trauma, and learning to give all that I can knowing it may never be recognized, may fail or succeed. Not being focused on the outcome but on the opening of my heart, doing what I love and taking action now. I learned this through doing self work and healing these wounds. Women who seek men who have done self work are women who want a man who can dance in emotion, who never waited and who feel and live fully. My response to minute 28 of the video.

Right on. You don’t need some spiritual nice guy who’s a project.

You do not have to die with your core wounds. EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, and deep brain re-orienting are just some of the research proven ways of processing old traumas.
