I like landing and, methinks, this is the most important operation in classical RC and fullsize flying ... so ... Dear Pete ...thank you by all my heart.
Those were some awesome landings! And some excellent ground handling too. And of course a lot of fine models. The videography was great too - and then I saw in the upper right corner of the frame. Oh! 'Nuff said.
A very nice collection of videos ! some of those full size runways look very bumpy, and the drop of to the side make things very interesting, thanks for posting this !
Nice collection, Pete! With a recent drop in temps and regular rain here, the building season has begun in earnest for next year's events. Are you and Deano working on anything interesting this winter?
thanks mark, im currently building an artf seagull models yak 3 ww2 fighter also have the h9 20cc p-47 razorback to start, then a yt international 35cc nakajima ki-84 then a ripmax Excalibur with a kingtech 80 turbine ------ deano is working on his next 3d aero extremeflight 330 extra - then a carf models ultra flash sports turbine model capable of 250 mph ! what are you working on mark ?
@@tbobborap1 christ, thats not a build, thats an assembly line! I am finishing up a 40cc Gloster Gladiator and the 120 inch Turbo Beaver from extreme flight. They are nearly complete, just didn't get them completed this season. I have the interest to build a twin gasser this year, I've got a B25 and a P38 in the box to choose from but i'm leaning toward the 25. I am most interested to see your ki84 when you have it in the air. -Dennis

two-point landing is easier/safer than the classic three-point landing (for RC warbirds)?
