I agree. It does not count potential experimental weapons with very large yields or ability to evade defenses. I also think nuclear power plants would be prime targets for a US adversary. It would irradiate the land for centuries to come. The sim also cannot account for deaths from conventional weapons as well as biological, chemical and radiological weapons. I think the number generated by the sim would be at a minimum twice as high.
