DeFRaG mod started out as a timer for fast capping, so I can appreciate the irony of you leaving with probably the best fast cap video ever.

It's amazing just to see all of these levels, and the simplicity, and creativity, and sheer VARIETY of them all, that we no longer see in FPS games
Ironically things got too focused on being competitively viable, leading to rather safe design. When Quake got real weird with it but still managed to create some of the best competitive FPS maps in the genre to this day.

Understandably you might not feel the need to put up videos for individual runs any more, because of DefragLegends. But at least come back with a long compilation every once and a while...

The best fast caps movie i have ever seen, very good video quality. 100% pure quake without any effects ;) Would love to know how to convert q3 demos in the same quality. I assume its q3mme, but i never got near that quality :-(
I had some of the fastest caps in the early days of these mods. Fun times I can't forget haha \:D/
And I miss playing all these maps! It was even more exciting in full servers with players trying to rail you at that speed hahaha

@@powerofheavymetal yees, this just might be the moment. If I ever were to convince someone why I'm watching Defrag vids this would be one of the stronger arguments. 1. Did you ever thought to tourist-mode that particular moment? 2. Do you remember other maps that have it?
