This is mindblowing. Angelina Daisy has really encouraged me. A mother with a 16 years career gap resuming studies and career with all the responsibilities on her shoulder is no mere achievement. Then in the second Yr of my studies, got a life changing diagnosis, but I am not quitting. Taken one gap year, to regain my strength and restart. Have also suffered financial abuse and all other sorts.

You should NEVER say that you were DOING NOTHING. You were raising kids and taking care of the family which is very important. Spending time with kids as parents is extremely important. You were doing SOMETHING. NEVER say that you were doing nothing. You can say that you were not pursuing what you studied for. But, don’t undermine the responsibilities of taking care of children and household work.

Wow! How women degrade themselves by saying that they had taken family responsibility and look down upon it and in way saying she did not raise her kids because she wanted to do it. Why women can’t say it confidently that they are proud of themselves for being part of their children’s development and now I am thinking about my self. Listening to people is useless. Be confident . Kudos to this woman.
