Why Rajasthani's have to be brought to make sweets in TN ? Is it a big Science that the the Tamilians cannot learn and make the same type of sweets ? or will the customers not consume products made by Tamilians. ? I can understand you can have a consultant on an area on which the Government does not have expertise. . General public blames the North Indians as Pani puri wallah and make fun but look at the reality!!!. When the poor North Indian fellows sells pain puri on the streets we mock them and past unsavoury comments.

I do not understand why hand have to be used to lift the Gulab Jamun when you can have a ladle to scoop the Hot Gulab Jamun. The Quality Control lady should have seen and insisted on a GMP plan. More than workers from Rajasthan Aavin needs consulant who should guide them for safe food production.
Aavin should have done and taken care of all such nitty gritty details before allowing such film shooting. I can understand that the ego clash between the two ladies and the gentleman trying to outsmart each other. As the Minister rightly said you need a good CAPTAN to run , you need one immediately at Aavin
