Remember guys, most of us can't have the luxury of removing some cards, like "Pack Rat" because we don't pay *Fallout 1st* and are not allowed to store all the junk and all ammo for free (and I won't pay a monthly fee for that). So most players are forced into using ALL weight reduction perks available plus having strength maxed out, and no youtuber has addressed or mentioned this.
I didn’t say you don’t HAVE to use it. I said it CAN be optional. I did a whole video on Fallout 1st and I point out my issue with putting quality of life mechanics behind a pay wall. Even if you don’t pay for fallout 1st, you can still swap it out if you’re staying on top of your junk list. I’ve played both with and without and it’s tedious it not impossible.
@@theheatinferno8420 Actually, I refuse to pay $15 for crap like that, they did put limits to annoy players and drive them to pay, but It's nice to know there are still some idiots out there paying for this stuff though.
@@BarbsVault I didn't mean it directly at you but it was a bit broad since most F76 youtubers I've seen always go for perk cards/sets that can't be fully used by players not in fallout 1st unless they basically don't do much in the game other than kill things and level up.

No matter what build i try "escape artist" is super helpful for me. If not in open field it makes game feel like splinter cell. If you need time in battle it is helpful, whenever you want to trigger sneak damage, it allows it in the middle of the battle
I plan on touching more on those in a damage mitigation and damage output video. I don’t run escape artist when I’m using my plasma caster but do when I use my fixer.
