I have a matcha snack suggestion for you! Try the core foods matcha coconut chocolate truffles if you have not yet! I’ve found them at Target and Sprouts. I personally love them, and they are so vibrantly green inside. 🍵
I find that matcha is treated like an adaptogen in the “healthy” community, I understand why but for me I like the taste of matcha it’s just a plus there’s so many benefits. The weird part is they use a low quality matcha so they’re not really reaping all those benefits 🤔
6:00 I heard that fishy-tasting matcha is caused by moisture in the can spoiling it, because the matcha was not stored properly. Dunkin Donuts' matcha latte smelled and tasted fishy, back in 2017 or 2018. It was nasty, matcha should never taste fishy, as far as i know.

It is! It's pretty good, I've only tried plant based milks tho so it's hard to say!
