I can't remember exactly how I did this but I remember very long time ago I had the Getaway in the PS2 and at some point (i can't remember if it was during gameplay or a menu) I opened the disc tray and put in the Getaway Black Monday, and the game just started playing all of the cutscene audio for all of the cutscenes really fast.
