- I am weekend rider, and this zipp 454 wheelset which I have used for almost 2 years. And I didn't crash the wheels or disassemble any parts by myself.
This failure was happened so suddenly, I thought it can be back to normal but it didn't. So in the clip you can see no matter how hard I pedaled, the mechanism of the hub didn;t hook up. So it is very dangerous when you sprint on you bike. Who knows it fail or not in the next second.
Anyway, it is a $4,000 wheel sets i am very disappointed with.
And i will send to local zipp dealers for inspection
