Thank you, i started losing hope recently
Recently I started giving in to my compulsions and checking "what if I check that" because I just ran out of energy to keep going.
But thanks to this i am willing to try again and refuse to give in to my compulsions
Great job!!!!! If you need motivation and support, my membership programs are a great option:)
I don't think my thoughts are weird my thoughts are just fearful and troubling
Tell me about the (good) ERP guide you've had and how it worked well for you...
I have thought of everything.
I'm right there with you Sister, Don't worry, we'll be alright ❤✝️🙏
It's true I have this thought will obsession will go away or fade away or reduce
With consistent ERP, yes.

Hi!! Absolutely, you can schedule a session with me on my site www.MyOCDCoach.com
Can ocd be you trying to figure out what you were just obsessing about?

I don't experience OCD anymore because I stopped all compulsions & learned how to respond to uncertainty, doubt, imperfection in a healthy way. I do have to continue using the skills I have (I teach these in The REAL Method in my programs) to stay in the recovery stage though. This will give my kids a MUCH better chance at NOT having anxiety or OCD.
Thanku ma'am 💖💖
What if your obsession is about obsessing over OCD? Obsessing over never being the same or never being happy again? How do you do erp for that
This is called Meta OCD, and it's extremely common for those w/ OCD. I'd have to talk to you further to advise you on how to apply ERP to this. You can set up a session or join a program at www.MyOCDCoach.com:)
My child hasn't started therapy yet, we are waiting to see a psychiatrist. How can we practice exposure and response prevention now?
This isn't something I can answer here, I would need to talk to you further. You can schedule a 1:1 session with me at www.MyOCDCoach.com!
nice
Hi Mam how are you my problem ocd I need your help
You can visit my website for my recovery programs or apply for scholarship on my website.
You mentioned POCD in this video? What is that? Does it stand for Pure OCD/ Pure O? Or is it something else?
No, pure OCD is so mething else, and doesn’t actually exist. This was the name given for people who had only mental compulsions and not physical compulsions, but I’ve never met somebody who doesn’t also do physical compulsions.
POC stands for pedophilia OCD.
@@MyOCDCoach oh okay, thank you!
@@MyOCDCoachwould researching and reading comments be a physical compulsion? I feel like mine are all mental ie. ruminating seeking reassurance and researching
Madam does any one have peripheral obsessions?
