    Thanks to Louie and Westside Barbell, my lifting was saved after my ACL surgery, not only was it fun but also very effective.

    First learned about westside barbell Louis Simmons from alpha destiny. Thanks to louie Simmons he gave me knowledge on all different types of barbells and introducing me to the hip belt squat. Gave me an advantage to help me still squat bench and ohp with different barbells accessories.

    Big Iron Gym from Omaha, NE would be a cool one to see you do. They were always head to head with Westside and it was a coin flip on who would win. Rick Hussey was a legend in his own regard and I train with Jimmy Grandick who keeps the Big Iron name going.
    Notables names from Big Iron include Jimmy Grandick the first man to bench 800lbs in a full meet weighing under 300lbs. He did in in the 275 and 242 class.
    Shawn Frankl still the current ATWR 198 and 220 total holder.
    Becca Swanson, the first women to total 2000lbs

    Shaolin Temple? Sorry. Westside used Feds like APF and other circus feds that were basically we pass everything... It's rare to see someone in the USAPL doing Westside.
