Thank you for the video Wayne. This issue I have with this product is that it is marketed as a quick, luminous foundation but in actual fact there’s nothing quick about it as you have to use four other products to make it look like anything acceptable. Just my thoughts.
I have dry skin and am in my mid-50's. I love this sheer foundation by Charlotte Tilbury; as I don't like wearing a lot of foundation in the summer. It works with my dry skin (I use Charlotte's Magic Cream, Magic Serum, eye cream and SPF primer to prep my skin). It's so easy to use, too. If I want to glam up my look, I can and it looks great. If I want to keep it simple, it looks good, even in heat and high humidity. It's not a medium coverage foundation and was never meant to be one. For those who need or want more coverage, this sheer foundation won't give them the look they want. For people like me, who like their coverage sheer (or medium, depending on what look I want), it works great.
I am so glad you did this video. Quite a few people are bashing this product and I really like it. I have dry 73 year old skin and this is just what I want. A thin coverage and some glow to take me through the day.
Wayne, after seeing both you and Not Fit For Print Beauty review this a while ago, I broke down and bought it. I have dry skin, and I'm 41 so I have some texture. I LOVE it. I apply it all over then use some concealer where needed, blush, bronzer, lipstick and liner. Then I powder the t zone (like you did in the previous video) to knock down the shine in those areas. And it's gorgeous! Does it maybe show texture a bit? I mean...maybe? But then again everything else I use tends to dry out my skin a bit and THAT can also emphasize my texture. Whereas this never feels drying, even throughout the day hours later, and I think it looks better than my other current foundations. Thank you so much for your reviews on this! It may not be everyone's cup of tea, but if you have mature or maturing dry skin, don't be afraid! Try it!

Two adults are critically ill. They are teachers . They were injured protecting the children . A 17 year old boy from another town has been arrested . He’s originally from Cardiff, Wales . He targeted girls . It happened at a Taylor Swift dance class . The police don’t know the suspects motive ,yet . When things like this happens it puts things in prospective and make up seems so trivial . I can’t imagine what the parents of these children are going through . Prayers and love to all those affected 🙏❤️🙏
I do like it, but I do find it odd that all sorts of glowy products show up in the summer. When it’s 95 degrees (35c) or more here in the United States this much glow will melt off my face. I imagine it’s great in the southern hemisphere right now. I look forward to wearing it more in autumn and winter when my face really needs radiance!

So far, I haven’t been “wowed” by any CT products. They are very nice but I don’t think they offer anything exceptional to warrant the price tag. Thanks for the great review and technique demonstration ❤
With this product it helps to know what it's for and how to best use it - it's not a full-coverage foundation, and particularly with oily/combination skin the moisturising ingredients really exacerbate shiny skin; I have oily skin so I expect it to have a fairly shiny finish, but thankfully the "glass skin" complexion is still on-trend💅 I've been using this product since it was first released, so I think I've nailed the technique to make this really pop. I apply a small amount of it over La Roche-Posay Anthelios Oil Control Fluid SPF50+, blend it in (fingertips are fine, although a foundation brush gives a better finish), and gradually build up the coverage if necessary - I don't even need to use anything else besides a smidge of blush, although a good setting spray really helps make it last. Used sparingly it gives a great tint and a practically juicy glow, while still looking like real skin. However, when applied too liberally or built up with the expectation of full coverage it becomes a greasy mess, so build up slowly. As with Charlotte Tilbury Unisex Healthy Glow tinted moisturiser on oily skin, less is definitely more.

Did not say if we could use powder blush as well, etc. I just came back to him to see one of his great tutorials… and not sure if it was a bad day but he zipped through this like it was a chore that had to be done. He gave almost no info. Nor with other products. It was Very weird. Cant judge maybe he is super stressed today…? Honestly @NikkiLarose and @GlamGirlGabby, they relax me. And they are so calm, laugh at things and are secure enough to even themselves… calm and fun and informative. Truthfully Wayne stressed me out. Especially as I started not feeling well. Honestly, Aug 1st is anniversary of my son’s passing. I was told God needed another angel to help him… though I wish my son could have continued to be an angel here on earth helping me and I help him with everything we were so close and he lived 6 months a year in my house. Im alone now, as things are shaky at home … so when I am sad or crying or when I get so sick … flare up’s I am completely alone not one living relative left. Scary. Wayne used to explain everything in detail. I felt like he had to make a fast video without info for beginners. This makeup thing is so confusing I always take notes. No notes on this one. I will check him out once again in a month or two.. but the huge difference between him and example where she takes so much time to give colours and prices and explains everything in such detail , why she is doing something and where and how… I write it down and then follow what I wrote. She cares about beginners like myself and gives so much detail which I need and love. Anyway, thank you for your natural instinct to help explain. GB

As always, when you apply makeup to your skin I find that your skin always looks perfect. I love watching your videos, and always look forward to new ones coming online.
I love this new foundation, I bought it not expecting miracles or anything but it's my go to now for Summer. I have rosacea so normally go for a medium to full coverage foundation to hide the redness but I find the CT adds a lovely golden tint to my skin and then when I've added powder it looks lovely and stays on all day. My skin is very dry and I think it probably works for me because I use a lot of skincare to keep my skin hydrated and my rosacea at bay, so it just glides on.
Unfortunately we don't have a Wayne Goss to apply this makeup on us. What Wayne showed us is that you need a few products to make it work. But as a foundation, it is not that great.
I have combo to oily skin and steer clear of shiny products. But I took a chance on this stick and love it. I feel like it fills in my pores. Of course I powder my whole face because I border on oily. Good video.
Ooh, starting off strong with a ‘little sexy show’! 😂 Love the way this looks, I think the reflectivity of the Charlotte Tilbury stuff makes shadows on the face less dark and that’s the “lighting” effect. It acts like a decrease in contrast for your face.

I also love cats but my allergies are much worse with them. It’s so sad & frustrating!! I can take an allergy pill & wash my hands & anywhere I’ve received kisses & it helps, but not enough to own one 😢

I really like it. I’ve had it about 2 weeks and been applying it like you did here and it looks really healthy and fresh. I’d look like a disco ball without adding some concealer and powder, but I assumed that’s what I was supposed to do 😅
I actually like that sheer glow foundation; to the point htat I am on my second tube now! I don't have perfect skin but I am not in to thick foundations at all. I loved the beautiful skin foundation but in terms of ease of use, the stick is super easy to apply! Fortunately my skin isn't too bad (not too oily anymore and not a lot of acne - I only get breakouts occasionally when I eat too much sugar or drink too much!).
I would prefer to just use a light base like Lancôme Teint Miracle add blusher or bronzer and avoid the faffing around with powder . Seems odd to make the whole face shiny only to powder over most of it.

I love Charlotte Tilbury’s new make up sticks. I have been waiting for something like this for years. I even use her dark make up stick as a bronzer as it matches me by the colour better than any other bronzer sticks on the marked 😅😊
Luckily my job helps me produce this same look without the product so I’ll pass on it but this is very cool and I want to test some out next time I’m at Sephora. It would be great for an event on the decollate and chest
This product reminds me of the Hollywood glow in a stick version. Personally, I buy the ELF halo glow because it’s similar and cheaper. But it does look nice as a foundation! You can mix it with a loose powder to get more coverage, or just set it with a matte powder to take down the shine. This product is too expensive for what it is unfortunately. I tested it and was so underwhelmed ! Even as someone who likes light/ medium coverage .
There are eyedrops with antihistamine in them (I'm in sweden so I can't give brand recomendation), you can aply that on the skin for some relief. (Do check ingredients, so there is nothing in it that you'd react to).
Hi!! Just curious on this. So I have allergies, I use allergy eye drops daily, and sometimes my face gets swollen from allergies. So you can apply to the face directly and it helps? I would try this!!
I still dont know about the CT product but this video just made me buy the Hua Beaty powder..it instantly just blurred everything and smoothed it all!!!

I don’t like Charlotte Tilbury products. They are over priced for what they are , the quality isn’t very good . I find the lipsticks don’t last on the lips. Her customer service is appalling . Also CT make up counters I’ve been to , the staff have been rude and lazy .
This foundation breaks me out so badly. I’ve never had breakouts since teenage years. I love the finish and coverage, it’s minimal and sparkly tbh, I still keep trying but I keep breaking out.

I certainly couldn't use it as a foundation, but more like the Hollywood Flawless Finish which is pretty. Otherwise I'd end up looking like a belisha beacon 😊.

I have very textured skins. It’s terrible for me no matter who is a makeup artist or not. Some things just don’t work for everybody. I could swear you’ve even said that.

Then maybe CT should change the marketing strategy to avoid disappointment. From their website: „MAGICAL APPLICATION IN JUST 15 SECONDS! So UNCOMPLICATED you can apply it in the dark!“ That is nowhere near your application advice.
The Tilbury photos for this product show young women with a luminous shine, quite different than your application here. For the time and effort you put into putting this on and basically covering most of it up, my reaction is “why bother?” I did buy it and like it for just a quick evening out of my skin, adding just a blush stick. But it is shiny or glowy. Not my go to for special events.

Putting something shiny all over then having to powder it all down seems silly

I loved the beautiful skin foundation but in terms of ease of use, the stick is super easy to apply! Fortunately my skin isn't too bad (not too oily anymore and not a lot of acne - I only get breakouts occasionally when I eat too much sugar or drink too much!).

I would prefer to just use a light base like Lancôme Teint Miracle add blusher or bronzer and avoid the faffing around with powder . Seems odd to make the whole face shiny only to powder over most of it.
Isn’t it easier to buy this product in a bronzed shade and use it as a glowy bronzer?

I love Charlotte Tilbury’s new make up sticks. I have been waiting for something like this for years. I even use her dark make up stick as a bronzer as it matches me by the colour better than any other bronzer sticks on the marked 😅😊

This product reminds me of the Hollywood glow in a stick version. Personally, I buy the ELF halo glow because it’s similar and cheaper. But it does look nice as a foundation! You can mix it with a loose powder to get more coverage, or just set it with a matte powder to take down the shine. This product is too expensive for what it is unfortunately. I tested it and was so underwhelmed ! Even as someone who likes light/ medium coverage .
That blush color is my favorite lip color.

There are eyedrops with antihistamine in them (I'm in sweden so I can't give brand recomendation), you can aply that on the skin for some relief.
(Do check ingredients, so there is nothing in it that you'd react to).
Hi!! Just curious on this. So I have allergies, I use allergy eye drops daily, and sometimes my face gets swollen from allergies. So you can apply to the face directly and it helps? I would try this!!
I still dont know about the CT product but this video just made me buy the Hua Beaty powder..it instantly just blurred everything and smoothed it all!!!

I absolutely love this product but I only use it on the high points of my face.
I have dry skin and it’s not very shiny on me. I lightly powder my t-zone and it’s looks very nice.

I don’t like Charlotte Tilbury products. They are over priced for what they are , the quality isn’t very good . I find the lipsticks don’t last on the lips. Her customer service is appalling . Also CT make up counters I’ve been to , the staff have been rude and lazy .
I have dupes of a couple of things. They've got innovative ideas but I'm not paying for it.
This foundation breaks me out so badly. I’ve never had breakouts since teenage years. I love the finish and coverage, it’s minimal and sparkly tbh, I still keep trying but I keep breaking out.

I certainly couldn't use it as a foundation, but more like the Hollywood Flawless Finish which is pretty. Otherwise I'd end up looking like a belisha beacon 😊.

I have very textured skins. It’s terrible for me no matter who is a makeup artist or not. Some things just don’t work for everybody. I could swear you’ve even said that.

I think this is for a certain demographic like the jones road balms.
The Tilbury photos for this product show young women with a luminous shine, quite different than your application here. For the time and effort you put into putting this on and basically covering most of it up, my reaction is “why bother?”
I did buy it and like it for just a quick evening out of my skin, adding just a blush stick. But it is shiny or glowy. Not my go to for special events.
