My f16 trial expired about a week ago and I'm learning the A10c now and in the first 4 days I'm already up in the air and smashing ground targets with most weapon types. And honestly it's thanks to you great explanation and intuitive way of explaining things. 100% your f16 tutorials have helped mw learn a very different aircraft just by understanding the things you explain in general. The symbology is important. Bomb tossing is vital for low level high range attacks. And it's nothing more than a helper. Even with 45° release angle you still can drop at anything

Replying to your edit, I'll definitely look into sharing my missions but sometimes they're not good for practicing as I adapt them to fit the way I plan on editing the video 😅 Perhaps I should look into making a universal training mission to practice everything in my videos :)
@@MamboDCS Fair enough, there are already some F16 user training missions but you explaining stuff on the exact missions we can fly is imo the best way of learning to get the feel before trying more advanced missions. Maybe create an F16 sandbox training mission with an F16 slot for every weapon ordnance / training video of yours? So an F16 slot with only dumb bombs, another with laser guided bombs etc and divide the map into AG - AA practice or create 1 sandbox for AG and a separate for AA. Just thinking out loud :D

Just gotten busier and kinda lost interest in DCS :/ The drama with RAZBAM's F-15 isn't helping either after it was my most anticipated aircraft. I now put more of my free time into MSFS instead of DCS 😅 Thanks for the support! I think I'll be back at some point :)
With gbu-24 there is samekind of symbology, but there is "DLZ box". Are those other lines just the very limits of the bomb, and the "box" seen with gbu-24 that "current" area? Is it like optimum for drop and bomb limits? how does that first line differ from the "current" mentioned here? What is the meaning of that first line. And more confusingly in some vids the gbu-24 is dropped when > marker hits the first line :o Why? Cant really find ANY vid that would tell more accurately about all those lines and that box.

That's what the range is for the caret moves down. Top is max range if you climb the programmed angle (45° in your example), which is represented by the horizontal "vertical steering line". When your FPM hit the steering line, the bombs drop. So, the higher you set the climbing angle the higher the "max range" indicator. You ignore it or decide to climb later? No problem as the closer you are the less steep you have to climb for the bomb to reach the target. You don't climb at all? No problem, then the vertical steering indicator will just move down and will reach your FPM at the bottom of the range bracket. Programming a climb angle is nothing more than a guidance. The shallower you program your climb angle the smaller the release bracket. At programmed 0° there isn't any.
why the fuck is bombing a simple target so damn complicated? why cant it just have an automatic locking system and just fire at it, like in RORTOS or War thunder

I have been trying to create where a reaper (JTAC) lasers for us to drop laser bombs on it. I seems couldn't get it done.
I honestly don't have much experience with that 😅

How do i set it to CCRP? When ever i turn A-G mode it's showing PRE instead of CCIP
6 moths ago but, did you make sure you have GBUs on you wing?
Is the trigger first detent the same as second detent for lasing? My hotas doesnt have 2 detents so should I be pressing the second detent for lasing?
You can also use your WPN REL (Weapon Release) button to lase :)
