    I love the Bonanza, I've watched this video probably 10 times in the last year

    I spotted the lighthouse on the way out and Isle of Palms. Great video. That is my favorite place to fly. You Da Man

      You should know where it is, you go there a lot! I didn’t stay long, drop and go.

    You should be “sporting” P4TC swag-ha!!!
    Hot starts are the bane of fuel injected engines, you would think they could make them start like a car, but NOPE!
    Was expecting a new view from the front…. But typical GoPro overheating issues! So far so good with our new DJI’s…..

    There was an interesting pilot deviation video at GSO posted yesterday on VASAviation

    Nice video. May I know when did you change your cruising RPM and blade pitch things like that? Just wondering how to fly with the constant speed propeller

      Shortly after takeoff, at a safe altitude (no hurry) I pull the props back to 2500rpm’s. I leave the throttle wot (wide open throttle) until at cruise altitude, then pull it back to 25” of manifold or wot if less than 25”. I then lean to either ROP or LOP. I probably have a video showing this, along with my thought process on the procedure. Thanks for watching!

    Would that have been a 4-1/2 hour drive flown in about 10 minutes?

    Centerline?

      I was close. Camera angle makes it appear off track.

      @@ProPilotPete honestly, I figured that lol

    nice,, does it have lean assist ? or do you just use the temps for lop or rop

    • @ProPilotPete
      @ProPilotPete  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It does have lean assist but I use the charts out of the POH for that just in case a probe is lying a bit.

      @@ProPilotPete nice,,, is it the,,, -50F for lop and -100 for rop ? sort of normal leaning

      @@MAGApepe we use 20°c either side of peak, most of my guys run LOP
