you needed more hydras near the warp conduits to avoid the chance of them getting through & it also would've helped to have more static defense near your bases & the conduits
I don't understand. Why doesn't Kerrigan just leave Kaldir once she has what she needs for her swarm? Planet's resources? Fears the Golden Armada would hunt her down regardless? Revenge/Justice for killing Narfash and her swarm? My thoughts are that the second reason is why. Then it would make sense. While it's a war crime, her swarm already has numerous war crimes and will be hunted down regardless. One more for survival probably won't make a difference in opinion at this point. If that's the reason, I can't condemn this action, but I can't condone it either.
Kinda weird. Shooting down the conduits alerts the Protoss from Shakuras while destroying the shuttles don't? Wouldn't they feel suspicious when the shuttles never arrived like "Hey where are the shuttles?"

in the last part of the mission, I just built like 50 spore crawlers and used my army to kill their bases
