We played around a bit and came up with this recipe.
2 Plantation 3-Stars, 2 pineapple juice, 1 Coco Lopez, 1/4 Lime Juice, 1/8 Giffard Orgeat.
The lime adds a touch of tartness to the pineapple and the orgeat adds a subtle nuttiness to the coconut. I plan to try some other rums with this but we're very pleased with the results so far.

Pina Colada! One of my favourites. Steve-O, do you still like this recipe? This is one of your early videos. I'm feeling like you may have done a new video with another recipe. Seems like it's heavy on the pineapple. My personal preference is to use canned pineapple. When fresh pineapple is blended it can be very fibrous if it's not super ripe. You can always garnish with the fresh piece of pineapple. Also I think it's important to have a floater of dark rum, or better yet 151 dark rum. As usual another great video. You are THE Cocktail Shihan! 👊💥 OSU!

Personnaly pina colada must been done in the mixer because the cream of coconuts is heavy and only with shaker you can't properly mix all ingredients.pina colada in the mixer with mini slices of ice can resist much longer in the glace before passing in 2 layers.
