The masks are a their own merch for their album Born Pink and their song Pink Venom (hence the pink fangs). The whole car scene references one of their first songs Whistle. The dog is Lisa’s own Doberman pup named Love, nothing to do with Snoop. Pretty sure he was brought on because Lisa subtly referenced her 5 cats in another video. Just about any Black Pink fan (Blink) would recognize that dog tbh.
Thank you for apologizing and respecting our culture! The dog in the mv is Lisa's actual dog btw, and tbh I agree with the thug stuff. It was the only thing I wasn't fond of in the entire mv, and I'm a huge fan of these girls. It's just my honest opinion. The producer is Teddy from YG...he produces all their stuff.

@something useless I am a major Blink, I just have the right to my opinion. My husband was cracking up because as we watched the music video I was able to recognize every single scene and I even made collages of all the references to show him. I've listened to kpop since Seo Tae Ji, H.O.T etc in middle school because I'm Korean. Anyways, I'm not talking about the car I'm talking about the stylistic choice they made of those masks and bandana, and how there was a implication of being in a gang. I just didn't vibe with that and there's nothing wrong with that. Please don't be a fellow Blink who won't even let others have opinions. I understand you're protective about the girls and the industry as I am too, but cmon, let's not jump to conclusions yea?

You made incorrect assumption about masks, which I understand given your culture. It is very common for Koreans, and East Asians in general, to wear masks in public for health reason (this was true before the pandemic). and many times masks are fancy and a fashion statement. I think them wearing head bandannas are them trying to be thug like tho.
