My machine had run out of water and then had message prime. I filled up with water and that didn't work. I cleaned filter and water reservoir and still not. Then I did this and worked like a charm and it got a well needed cleaning too! Thank you!

I've followed this and other videos and the water pours perfectly without the pod. Once I add the pack/pod it starts with 3 streams, then 2, then one and than a long and slow drip. Can't figure out what the problem is. Help would be greatly appreciated.

Video does not explain how to clean the assembly that holds the pack/pod holder. That hinged assembly gets nasty, too. But, you have to look closely, or turn your unit upside down, to notice.

When I pulled the funnel from the portion pack holder, one of the tabs on the pph snapped in half. Cheap as hell.

There's another video of a guy that took off the Keurig good that houses the top needles. He took out two screws from under the hood when kuerig is opened. The hood popped off. There was coffee grinds in the rubber clear tubing. The guy cleaned it and Presto!
